It was placing shares, the date of crossing was 15th January 2018, the date shares were issued.

Not sure when they increased, as last holding was in December. I would imagine it was not open market, so placing uplift looks more likely to me.

Compare with 11/12/2018 holding RNS.

December = 24,481,677

So 5m taken in placing probably by Milton group and 1.3m by Toscafund. Our existing institutions.

Milton have increased holding by around 5m since 11th December holding RNS

There is only one reason the share price is down here at the moment, and it is the selling of placing shares. Once the seller stops the book returns to normal and more aligned to normal pi buys and sells. Patience play here, we should be on the fumes of the placer here now, once done you will see the book move freely again.

Same was not easy, but also got SB long away at 9.80 at same time. Morning shake is false, but an opportunity.

Added more on that drop, anything sub 10 is now a bargain considering how many placing shares have been washed through already.

No problem, it was a little confusing as it was two separate Milton entity's on two older holding RNS's. We got there in the end though.

Ok just been confirmed:

This '' Miton UK Microcap Trust PLC'' is the same RNS holding of 7th June 2018. Which means they have not reduced holding at all, but reduction is holding percentage due to recent dilution.

The 11/12/2018 holding is for ''Milton group'' which we should see another holding RNS tomorrow to confirm same reduction as above due to placing dilution again.

My apology, just seen Milton 11/12/2018 holding rns. They have sold some 13m odd shares.

Milton had same amount of shares in June as they have today. Due to dilution from recent placing they now have reduced percentage holding, even though they have the same number of shares.
