Yeah, it would make sense for any potential buyer to get on this before it hits the jackpot but either way the company as a whole is worth many times the current Mcap so a buyout or not we should see this re-rate soon.
:)
Good day!! see you tomorrow.
On the buy side. We are definitely getting noticed and it won't be long till many more are on here. Others are now catching on and seeking value in these times. This is a great as you will find on AIM. No debt, we have cash, we have TTB approval for our tops brands and that means a huge Market in the US where we have now started selling. We have the Rothschild's invested and Miton UK both sought value in a micro cap aim stock. The redleg Rum brand on it's own is worth more than the entire company at this price. Many multiples to come in terms of the share price. It's good to go this one.
No harm done by wanting them cheaper mate. I've got a good few at cheaper price but I also paid up to 1.28p. I have a good solid holding now and think these will do very well. Soon as the market comes back from the Holiday mode, Olympic mode, Wimbledon, football mode etc etc ect...all these things just slow the market down and have done for the last few months. I always think from September til October is the sweet spot for re-entry but when you see a little cracker like this it's only fools that wait to long. I prefer to get my seat at the front first, then I can listen to all the chairs and muffled sounds of excuse me coming from the back of the room as they all arrive at the same time ie........the herd :)
Will let me sell 2 mill in a single trade but won't let me buy another 500k? Something is cooking.
Bought 415529 DIS - DISTIL PLC ORD GBP0.001 at a price of 1.2p I fancy a double first stop then possibly another double by Xmas.
Sometimes a good solid share with huge potential like this goes un-noticed for what ever reason then people start and take note of what's actually going on and can see the potential. Priced at 1.3p to buy makes it all the more appealing to because I'd rather be paying around the 1.3 range than 4 or 5p in say 6 to 9 months time. By that time we could have bagged several times. I think a £35 mill to 50 mil Mcap for this is not unrealistic going forward.
They guys will come but might be too late...I wouldn't be surprised to see this taken out before the xmas period tbh. DIS have undertaken all the requirements to make the the fastest selling rum on the market. They done all the spade work and now that sales are permitted in the US it makes it so much more appealing to the big players that they can buy it out and start distribution in the largest and most profitable markets right away. With all the hard work done, It's the perfect setup for a buyer.
The redleg brand alone is worth £25 mill imo If someone wanted to buy that from us now I'd want £50 mill Based on that alone your looking at a 5 or 10 bag situation.
Today and a strong re-rate could well be on the cards even before the market gets back to the higher volumes after the summer break.
Would be great but I think we see that on a take out. Right now we should be able to aim for 10p as we now have access to the US for all the main brands we wanted to have sold in the US. It's potentially our largest market and if we crack it then we will see this share price many multiples of today's share price.
Good day all and another day closer to the end of these summer holls :)
Grey Goose Vodka Sold for $1.8 bill Redleg Rum could fetch at least 15 times current market cap and possibly a lot more. It won't fetch $1.8 bill anytime soon but in the future who knows, it could even surpass that if it continues to grow at the current rate.
All patented Cracked almost every continent CEO is X Diageo top man, working for Smirnoff etc One brand is worth more than the entire company Very low cost base We have no debt Healthy balance sheet plenty of Cash in hand Revenues building all the time and with the recent US TTB secured we will now if not soon even better off than at anytime before. All hands to the pump obtaining the TTB and now granted we have the US sales to add to the mix Blavod now repackaged and back on sale in the US RedLeg is our biggest brand and it's one of the fastest growing brands in the market place. We also now have the rights secured to sell in the US which is a huge market. Rothschild is the biggest shareholder Miton just took 10% of the entire company. Raymond holds a significant holding too. Say no more. Just watch the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f_x_IND2DvA
The most important thing here is the $ to £ ratio not where it's bottled. Regardless though, it's neither here nor there. The most important factor is we now have our product permitted for sale in the US now the love their Gin and they love the funky named drinks. Red Leg spiced Rum fits that bill 100%. I don't think we will have to wait long before we get the positive feedback from the US and that's when a potential buyout of the Red Leg brand will be within sight. Not only that, the increased sale, revenues etc will be a boost to this company. Keep in mind...the Red Leg brand on it's own is worth more than the entire market cap of this company and we have many other brands doing very well so regardless of what comes next we are possible undervalued by some 200% of the companies real worth. lets see what happens when the market picks up after the summer and the feedback from the US sales come through. it's exciting times here and all for 1p.
Don Goulding Joined the Distil Board mid 2010 as Non-Executive Director moving to Non-Executive Chairman in February 2011 and Executive Chairman in November 2011. Previously held both UK and international senior management roles with Diageo including Managing Director Diageo UK from 1998, following five years in Spain as Managing Director UD Iberia (Diageo) other roles included positions based in various overseas markets and Global Brand Boards for Smirnoff and Tanqueray-Gordon and Chairman of The Portman Group. So knows a thing or two about getting a brand to market ?
RedLeg sales in the US are going to be a game changer here imo. If the Rothschild and Miton back it, then I'm in for that too. Heavy hitters on a Micro stock like this? Where have I seen that before?
The thing is you see since Napoleonic times the Rothschild's owned every single bank and banking offshoot they also own Morgan Stanley etc thats a family branch. Since those days the Rothschild's have not lost any money they have made vast amounts moving into Edwardian and Victorian times and right up to this day. But they went to ground. They didn't lose money the simply vanished very carefully from the world stage. Leaving their fronts like Goldmans and Morgans etc to run the shop. The sit deciding who will run corporate America and have their banks and finance houses embedded all over the globe they finance Russia and have family branches in every single corner . Rothschilds ARE the Illuminati So, the fact you have them heavily invested here should tell you a thing or two about where this little gem is headed. If it's good enough for those who run the world, then it's good enough for me.
Some good articles linked there mate. Good job. Not long till things start moving in the right direction after a bit of turbulance last week. Onwards and upwards as they say. These bank holidays are a bit of joke but what can you do, it's getting to that time of the year where they pop up all over...not to mention bloody wimbledon will be upon us soon enough lol The meerkats reckon were on to a good thing tho so I'm with them.
