This morning I read, how fast is moving a lithium ressource in Austria with almost safe funding...arghh.

First of all, the Spin Off will happen. Second, capital dilution too (as soon there are good news and the sp reaches a specific value, btw. confirmed by PS!).

How the Spin Off is going to happen, how it looks like from the tax perspective, I do not see here any benefit for the current shareholders, as BCN will not be anymore a holder. Please correct me if here need to be considered some UK regulations which I do not know.

dougal66, you are right, here comes the "but": the region Erzgebirge, where Zinnwald is located,
it is a region where there is a shortage of jobs. Based on the "hope" and the knowledge of some expensive ressources inside, I see here big chances to get financing also from the german government. As it is a region, where was no hope and all minings were closed. Everybody there, believes this is the next "BIG" thing.
