Hi bingo1975, it is planned to be listed separately. We saw there already a notice on the german stock market about a possible IPO. They said, they will wait for the right moment, cash wise.

I agree, it is not only a "bank" joining, which gives us the money. We have now a new Partner on board, that has the required experience and can bring it up to the next level. Therefore I think, the money + the experience has to be considered.

I will hold at least until production start + 2 years. Happy if we lost this morning the short holders.

This is pre-announcement and it was never a secret, right? In a post I shared a link, were Dr. Zinnwald and Chief Peter mentioned, that Zinnwalld will be listed, as soon the fundings are safe. We can interpret, that the fundings is safe or that it will come soon and they are preparing everything. I hope, we see soon some really good news!

Dear Wolfi, thanks for the update. I watched right now by Replay the Galileo channel. Interesting, and here some mentioned benefits of Zinnwald, compared to some other lithium deposits:
- Infrastructure there (not smwh in the dust, e.g. Chile)
- Environmental friendly (no artificial lakes needed, to get it)
- Shared the „marketing“ way of: buy a german car with german lithium

Dr. Müller mentioned, the production start of 2022 would just be in time, with the „real“ need of Lithium.
