Agreed Buko. Giving this guy licence to print confetti at discounted prices is dangerous. And I never believed his reasons for it ie the dumpers. I get a feeling it was to pay their own wages. That amount of money he could've got a short term loan for without equity raise and especially after award of Baita licence. I smell a rat. This will be stuck in the .5's for some time now.
