Great news with CEO buying and gifting stock and some super posts from the (positive) team! Well done guys.

If anyone has forgotten already in the excitement Boots reported a solid increase in beauty in it's recent results (see below) and emphasised the need to invest significantly in online (we are already there at scale!)

Very big happenings taking place - I'm expecting a PE bid for the whole lot or a separate listing and sum of the parts boost! I'm holding for fair value @ £4

It's time for an explanation as to why the management team and the II's think this is worth substantially more than 170p and to stop this disgusting price decimation.
We should form a PI group and demand such!

That would nice but I too think that the work going on in the background to add shareholder value won't be announced until the 15th Sept.

Significant points I have noted - appointment of CEO at Ingenuity. No Director buys at all (except the new Chairman). No updates on Softbank. Something is definitely going on! PE could unlock significant value here going forward - it's certainly worth at least £2.20 from Citi!

Looking at the current market cap (£985m), THG's assets, the turnover of the company and the the fact it made acquisitions of £700m last year then this valuation is totally crazy!

Let's get the re-rate done with a positive announcement as there is a lot to announce!
