Not too impressed with Bills most recent strategy of turning this fund into a big tech fund, Google Amazon and Meta at near 40%. Seemingly well into the AI run up too. This used to be a value type fund that was differentiated from the indexes, not sure what it is now.

Deckers owner of Hoka brand trainers had a big rise of nearly 20% yesterday on the back of a good results quarter. Could possibly be linked to that. Not sure how many Hoka trainers JD sells but could be predicting some good news on the way for the likes of Nike, etc.

It's not zero all investment trusts have different management fee structures. It's built into the cost of the fund. Not sure what it is for this one but can find it in their annual report.

Looks like things are going well. Let's see how the market reacts.

Woohoo another tranche, hopefully this will all come good someday. Starting to feel bad for Bill and his 35% discount. They've spent £1.6billion on thier own shares so far this must be close to own of thier biggest invesments by now.

This thing is trading like they are shuttering shops and makes huge losses, which isnt the reality. It's still one of the most popular shops on the UK high street. It will turn around.

The MM things largely a myth people spout when their share price goes down. Never heard any complain about them when the share price goes up.

Dicks makes around the same revenues as JD, valued at 3-4 times. It hasnt grown much of the last few years either. Just shows how pessimistic the UK markets are. It is a massive difference considering JD are 40% US now.

It just goes to show the mentality of the UK market a quality growing company should only be on a PE of 14, the equivalent in the US would be in the mid-twenties.

These funds are either a steal at these prices or are going to zero. Not sure which yet.

I feel like LGEN just dumps on any sort of news, good or bad. Introduce a buyback - dump, increase the dividend - dump, a moth flew in the window today - dump.

It's a bit early to be on the drink.
