It must be to do with the price of any new shares then. I agree with Lordsidcup about getting better prices offering shares to retail investors.

I agree wholeheartedly we need more information. I don't know that it won't get voted through though. the alternative is potentially a liquidated Company if they run out of money. I wonder though if they have had to put that in the end of year report to satisfy the auditors. Just because they can raise some or all of that money doesn't meant they will.

A smaller share of a larger Company is a gain for shareholders but I do think Management should let shareholders know their full intentions.

I think there is too much to spend doing anything physically on the ground. That will be for other JV partners. The only expenses for Thar I believe would be plane tickets for Naheed.

It looks like it's a goer though from what is being spent in that region already.
