Nah just Sarah and her sidekicks.
Have you still got my phone number Beastly?
She and her side kicks were so good with their advice and guidance on how to make a claim, all of the successful claimants will get less compo now lol
Well done Sarah ;-)
That was out of order Franky, no need for that at all.
Cardinal59,
Danny was asked that on the last zoom call.
Um, er, um, er, dunno???
Will the BoD be buying more shares?
Um, er, um, er.....
I expect them to take up their rights....
Dodged the question!
And still walked away with a £600k golden handshake!
BSB they haven't been in a closed period for the last 12 months!
If there is an EGM I will suggest that Danny, the BoD and Kate are paid 50% cash 50% shares.
I wonder if they'd take it more seriously then?
Share the pain!
£600kpa salary for a START UP BUSINESS, Danny's words!
Thats disgraceful!
That's why Gary threw a hissy fit and walked when he saw the votes coming in last time! He left before all of the votes had come in!
You'd think the CEO on £600kpa would back himself and load up at 2.5p sp or is he waiting to get in after the dilution and raise?
How much compensation will the successful claimants get if the shareholders reject the 19/1 dilution?
I'm 75% down now, almost at the 95% that the FCA want. My investment is gone as far as I'm concerned.
Hmmmm? I wonder what I'll vote for?
Would it surprise anyone to know that the CEO (Danny Malone) and the Board of Directors have bought zero Amigo shares between them in the last 12 months?
Says it all......
Thanks HH, I just thought 0.005p was a bit misleading. To go through the RI it will cost shareholders 9.47p per share held.
As it stands at the moment.
How have you arrived at 0.5p RI?
£45,000,000÷475,000,000 shares = 9.47p
I do believe II's will underwrite the 45 million, I'm sure of it. My concern is the cost of the RI.
If you base it on £45m divided by 475m shares that equates to roughly 9.47p per share held.
That's £9470 per 100,000 shares held.
There's no way Amigo can expect the shareholders to cough up that much!
Scotcha, all good here mate, just fed up with the games they are playing.
Fforestgwmp, don't bank on an upward sp movement. They are holding the sp down with every RNS!
The next RNS will read, "We have secured II's to underwrite the 45m, we have also began lending under the 35m capped period BUT the shareholders will now have to vote on the acceptance of the 19/1 dilution. In the event of the shareholders rejecting the dilution Amigo will be wound down!"
That will suppress any upward movement of the sp, just like every other RNS they have released!
They are holding the sp down for reasons that are not known to us yet!
I'm 70% down now and I've been invested since March 2020.
It would also be great if Danny and the board put their money where their mouth is and bought some shares, that would instill some confidence.
Surely we can't have been in a closed period since March 2020!
Danny refused to hold weekly updates.
He's obviously trying to get his golf handicap down.....
FCA New Years resolution.
To be nice to AMGO shareholders...
Something is brewing.
Top up time again if it does.
