I use interactiveinvestor, where there is a portfolio menu, within which there is a voting mailbox option. This includes all upcoming AGMs, and the option to vote. So you don't need a corporate action. Your service should provide the same facility, but it might be hard to find!

Shares magazine out today suggests that recent investment has increased costs and will affect margins in the short term, which we should look out for in the half year results on Tuesday. This isn't exactly news, as it was reported in the Trading Update on 5 September, but I think it's still the cause of the drop.

Look on website at RNS dated 18 August, re Grant of 2017 awards, it mentions Rule 9 Waiver because Tom Joule would potentially have to make an offer if he exercises his options. At least that's the way I read it!

According to the Financial Calendar on their website, a trading update is due in May 2017 - no specific date, and preliminary results on 27 June (provisional). In theory, not much longer to wait!
