The Panda saga, the appointment of Mr Burrows and the big investment from Evan are the big hopes I have to counter the article's theory. Shame Evan doesn't seem to be in the market for shares anymore, that would have prevented this alarming decline.
I agree with what you say TC. Unfortunately whilst the company continues to keep holders in the dark these kind of articles(no matter how accurate) will sow seeds of doubt and nervousness. I haven't sold any still but it's not a good time for us at the moment to say the least.
Hit hard again on very low volume. No surprise with the lack of interest from buyers though. Once again, the court case news can't come soon enough. That's if they even bother to tell us. Very kind offer Scargs I'm sure all would agree. I will have a think about it and see what I can come up with.
All a very strange way to run a business isn't it. To me it doesn't seem as much as a hatchet job as last year but I don't see anyone reading that and deciding to buy in. Holding around where we are is the best I think we can hope for. Court case even more important now.
They have to come out today don't they? Maybe will get it later today, either that or I'm missing something. An AIM company must publish annual audited accounts which must be sent to its shareholders without delay and in any event not later than six months after the end of the financial year to which they relate.

Good to see some very good discussion this morning after a very quiet period. I'm still holding here. I have to admit I did weigh up my options a few weeks back when MMs were willing to be huge quantities of shares. That was no reflection on my positivity on CRV itself, merely that I'm in very heavy here and sat in profit but the share is normally very illiquid so you can't really be sure of being able to sell in a hurry if and when you want. The appointment of Burrows the next day reassured me though and I think at very least it's worth holding until the share price reaches $12.50. I think that we must be fairly close to the master plan becoming clear though because the pace has definitely picked up this year. I think all of us are here because we assume that the placing investors are confident that when news does finally land it will put them into profit. The Panda case could be a short term huge boost by the sound of what TC has said.
I don't know what to make of the results coming up. My fears of a SP torpedoing repeat of last year have eased with the new chairman's arrival but we really have no idea what to expect from the updates on our older investments. I do hope that some meat is added to the bone on the recent Greek, Argentinian and Angolan investments and maybe even the court case. Strange to see the ask increase for no reason yesterday, hope there are some buy orders in the background.
Liquidity is so thin now that all it takes is someone to run out of patience and the SP takes a big hit. I wonder if someone bought later in the afternoon because the price has seemingly recovered a touch with no trades.
Good spot Rusty. I think it'll be one of those that will see a belated RNS. The RNS itself doesn't really matter to me but it's the disregard for the rules that does frustrate me. One positive(I don't know whether by luck or design) is that the FX rate change has seen a nice boost in the value of our holdings since the re-organisation.
I don't really understand how this SETS system works but I have noticed that when we go into auction a few times a day big orders show up. For example yesterday afternoon the bid was 9 and ask 9.75 like now. However at 4.30 when we went into auction an order showed up at 9 on the ask for a few thousand shares(can't remember how many now). I don't have enough understanding of the system to say whether this means it could have been a buy but I'd think it could be possible.
