Lol what's that noise I hear, tapping furiously! oh is that scot hoping to get a response out, but his mental state means he's unable to send when the word count is less than 1000 - sure Older will will help him.
And with funding for oil getting tighter these companies running on fumes will have to bend over backwards for cash, however I expect that cash will be going to the safer, less risky, oilers. Wasn't this financed on a going concern basis?
Or like a broken clock one of them will be right occasionally and I would suggest pretty soon
6 straight days now of SP decline and the last technical support sitting at 32.5 (78.6% fib) may shortly be broken and then its a clear drop to 100 day sma at 26.1p.
Most striking is the on balance volume (OBV) pointing down with a trend now established.
With a reading of 15 a declining OBV accompanied by falling prices indicates bearish momentum in the market. It suggests that selling pressure is increasing, leading to lower prices and has now been associated with confirmation of a downtrend, an indication to traders that the downward movement is likely to continue.
Add to this, the MACD is about to provide a bearish crossover, will day 7 be the continuation decline. A close today of 32.8p shows the support is just hanging in there, will it tomorrow, if it goes the drop could accelerate.
Maybe best for the company to place now before giving away greater dilution.
"Pantheon reserves, once they are certified as such from their current status of "resources", are over twenty times higher than this."
lol that's funny as if they will ever get to that stage. years and years and $millions away. and of course millions and millions and millions of shares added.
MB I don't think you can just say divide by 2 or 3, how do you get to that?
My understanding is that royalty assets represent a form of ownership interest in oil and gas properties that entitles the holder to a share of the revenue generated from production, without bearing any of the costs associated with exploration, development, or operation. So I think you need a far greater understanding that just throwing out divide by 2 or 3.
By my reconning, that's a valuation of the company of around $1.3 billion
20,413 boepd / 388 = 52.61 * USD 24.81 m = $1.305 billion, or taking the RNS figure of "6.9 times 2024 forecasted cash flow and approximately USD 63,960 per flowing boe/d" =
20,413 * USD 63,960 = $1.305 billion.
Current MKT Cap USD $179 million
Of course you don't get that premium for every one of our flowing barrels one would have thought, but gives a general understanding of just how massively undervalued we are to be able to achieve those metrics.
Oh my sides, .....
seems simmering scot doesn't like the reality here, maybe I'll remind him later, but unlike yourself and your buddy OlderWiser, I shall only remind you of the dilution once for each 20 million of shares that are raised.
On that basis simmering, I should only have to remind you around 40-50 times, lol about 1/10th the combined number of posts you simmering and your buddy Older has placed on the 88e board in the last 30 days.
Enjoy the 944 million shares here, soon to be doubled.
"Did you warn people on the Panr board about buying in at 130p ? But the knights in shining armour are here to save people from 88e "
Such a strong argument, of course not, he is no white knight, he doesn't do this for protection of others, the above absolutely shows that, he is here for a shorting attack, simple and end of.
"All the shorts fill the boards with false dilution rumors"
there is nothing false about the levels of dilution that are coming here, anything up to approx. 1 billion shares additional which would be a $250m raise with the 100 million bond shares. That is only taking into account a 10% discount to the prevailing SP, if others are to be believed (20-40% discount) then the dilution here will be fierce, personally I do not see that percentage discount unless some left field event.
No doubt at all though imo dilution is coming, the only question is the level of that dilution.
Bottom line, I'll not be arguing with OlderWiser any longer, the reveal as regards his agenda here is now crystal clear, a charlatan, a fraud, a shorter, these facts are obvious to all, in this regard he will not change.
Unfortunately for us though is that he has been backed by several others from the Panr board who seem hell bent on ensuring 88e do not succeed, why? well again that can only be due to financial success for them if it doesn't. Do they mentally think if you're not in 88e you might go to Panr, lol I wouldn't buy Panr on just principle alone after this, there are many other investments thanks. Importantly, what is disappointing for me is the company's own silence to defend itself. 88e is I am sure aware of what's going on here, if they are not then that in itself is poor.
The presentation is good but leaving this 4 barrel nonsense unresolved by just stating refer to RNS is poor support of their shareholders and is not good enough, they should have been straight onto proactives immediately after the 2nd RNS and explained what I believe to be as previously posted, they were only here for the flow test not collection of oil and in that regard it flowed.
88e do themselves no favours, their duty to support the share price should be paramount as that is what will ultimately determine the price of the next financing, its a shame they are not so supportive of the shareholder. When a shorting attack happens, unfortunately truth does not just reveal itself, it is for the company to stand up and show the truth. In this regard its a disappointment that they think just another presentation will do it. I shall top up after the next placing then place them away for the next couple of years.
"Producibility" in the context of oil and gas exploration and production refers to the ability of a reservoir to produce hydrocarbons (oil and gas) at commercially viable rates and volumes under existing technological and economic conditions. This concept encompasses several factors:
Reservoir Characteristics: The physical properties of the reservoir rock, such as porosity and permeability, which affect the ability of fluids to flow through the rock matrix.
Reservoir Fluid Properties: The type and characteristics of the fluids (oil, gas, and water) within the reservoir. Viscosity, pressure, and phase behavior of the fluids can influence producibility.
Technological Factors: The available technology for drilling, completing, and stimulating the well to maximize recovery. Advances in technology can turn previously unproductive reservoirs into producible ones.
Economic Factors: The costs of development, production, and processing must be offset by the income from selling the hydrocarbons. Economic producibility can change with market conditions, such as fluctuations in oil and gas prices.
Regulatory and Environmental Factors: Legal and environmental regulations can also affect whether a reservoir can be developed and produced. For instance, areas with stringent environmental protections may not be viable for production despite having substantial hydrocarbon resources.
In summary, producibility assesses whether a reservoir can produce sufficient quantities of hydrocarbons to make the investment worthwhile under the constraints of technology, economics, and regulations. It's a key metric in determining the feasibility of developing a new field or continuing to operate an existing one.
Don't even bother arguing with OlderWiser. It is clear as day (and night in his case) that he is short here, he is a charlatan, the facts are irrefutable, the unbelievable number of hours he has put into this campaign (if it is just the one of him) is remarkable, as is his ability to spot when investors are at their most nervous, have you noted how even though he now has over 270 posts in the last 30 days over 10 times that of Panr, he also has multiples on Hotcopper and has increased the regularity of posts to up the FUD.
Indeed there is no point in arguing as even if a third party assessment gives us a thumbs up he will maintain it can't flow, he will always revert to 4 barrels and nothing will change any of this other than him closing his short or finding out that perhaps he is not anonymous on these boards.
