Ploppylad I get what you are saying re: "Regarding the Anavio finance deal. While the pros and cons have been covered adequately one thing that irked me was Art's mention even insistence it was the result of an approach of an existing investor which Anavio has made very clear they were not. However, I will give him the benefit of the doubt. He meant the new investor was brought to him by a current holder such as HSBC who I would like to see be more involved."
I think there is an ivestor who has made the deal with other investors of which Anavio is one, so there is a UK individual behind this deal, wtfdik.! :0
Traders share because the comms are so ****ed up people there is no surprise as deadlines are always missed. AM needs to learn not to say anything unti he is good and ready barring any matters requiring reporting i.e. affecting the company materially. Hence, no news in this case is good news. Its simply not about getting a report and releasing it especially if RBL depends on it and they will discuss first with lender... GA, fundamentals will outweigh current mc
JJ1978 that a.se ache Prelea fc.kd the company going for assets when he should have walked before running still fooloing punters over there. I have them in bottom drawer, But I dont think AM is headed the same way there is intent with AM for sucess but I do worry if he s basking in the glory!!! I feel Am will deliver the RBLm even if not this deal allows us te delineate the acerage.
No RS report for 1 - 2 weeks, said RS won't just rubber stamp it, I think he thought it was done and dusted when made announcement in January. RS are asking COPL technical bods questions and so the question is how long does it take for a report such as this and a huge number, say theoretically, nearly 6months have gone past since the announcement. How long does it take is the question?
1)I am surprised at the deal whether it allowed CUDA to close... why couldn't the bridging loan work?
2) If we have all this supposed collateral i.e CUDA and discovery why do we seek such bad terms.. why could he not have got a premium for the warrants because if the lenders think it so good why are they not happy to accept a premium?
3) Many times shareholders have been screwed I feel.... well because I thought i was going to level up at least instead back down massively
4)What terms is the RBL another in the favour of institutions while your bread and butter is the investors who support you when the financial institutes won't touc you with a barge pole .... well that is a kick in the teeth for want of a better phrase.
Good luck all lets see if Art can deliver according to his supposed message.
Going for a beer and a chill out.
Panama sounds brilliant, I guess it all depends on personal circumstances, I always wanted to experience the culture but a bucket wish list. I guess you worked out there to get visa. Yeah Spain tugs at my heart strings, origina,ly it started with spending times in the local tavernas on the balearic islands.
We are thinking about it.... 2 to 3 months every 180 days or residencia. We dont't really want to break links with UK on the last resort lock stock and barrel. Either Golden visa or declared income of ~£24000 per annum plus another ~£6000 for partner so say £30000 for a couple.
