Yes the beauty of this project is as you say a venue would not have to have a MICROTOX-BT laser scanner on the premises as they would just use a phone QR scanner on their mobile phone to check your 24hr Health pass is still valid !!

Yes I can see insurance companies will want to jump on this and adopt it as a global standard ie if you do not have a 24hr digital health pass you cannot gain entrance to a cruise ship or other venue for example . Say you want to take your driving test you would have to show your digital health positive pass as would the driving instructor ! this would then assure each other of mutual negative result and avoid any kind of anxiety ! Also no insurance payable to the Instructor who has to give up[work and isolate for 14 days !! Another major benefit of the pass would be that if all in the same car or smar room in theory would not have to wear a mask but will still have to keep to social distance.

Hi Paul I don't think the news today is huge..... I THINK IT IS ABSOLUTELLY MASSIVE !!! I agree with you I cannot understand how people cannot see that this device is the key to unlocking not just the UK but the whole worlds economy ,sporting events and life as we used to know it Jim (Star Trek LOL) Even once a SARS-COV-2 vaccine is in use widespread globally this device will not be redundant as it can be used to detect Flu or other mutations of SARS-COV-2 and indeed other new viruses which will no doubt surface in the future !! Hi all I thought the AGM presentation was on the whole good apart from a few questions it left me.
1. Will the Microtox-BT Laser scanner unit be a device every home owner would be expected to own ? or go down to your local Post Office or other public place to get scanned ? and obtain your 24hr digital health pass ? 2. How much will the Laser Scanner cost ? Again is it meant to be a device like having a coffee machine in your home for convenience ? 3. How much will the nebulizer cost ? 4. How much does the chip cost ? 6. Can the chip be disinfected ,cleaned and reused to avoid disposal ? 7. How much will the spray cannister cost ? 8. Is the spray cannister a one shot use or multi shot use ? (I have never used a nebulizer so apologies if the last questions sound dumb LOL )

Hi Guys new to this board so Hello All !

Would someon please explian this ? My Question :- is the Modern water share price linked to Integumen's SP since the announcment of the merger ? as in any movement up or down of Integumen SP then Modern Water follows by percentage ? I cannot seem to find an ex date of when if holding Modern Water shares your Modern Water shares will be exchanged on a 10:1 rate with Integumen shares ? I was wondering nwhether it is possible to buy Modern water shares and then when they are exchanged whether it would be a much cheaper way of getting hold of a large am ount of Integmen shares which as we all know have just rocketed up ?
Appologies if this apperas top be a dumb question I am new to investing :-)

I predicted the SP would increase and then drop all in one day that is why i didn't buy in more. It is obvious that people are gonna sell then buy in nearer the Ex date 27th October !

Its nice to know what other investors are doing Thanks I will stay diversified which was my initial intention I guess it was just the dangle of the carrot above my nose of free shares temptation but going to keep what I have already got invested in Tils which thankfully is now in blue ,TILS is my largest holding so I will just leave it as is on a long term hold. I put all my eggs in one basket in putting everything into TILS then when it dropped i sold some stock at a loss to invest elswher in Tech Apple and Tesla I have now made profit on the tech and I swore I wouldn't put all my eggs into one basket again but to be honest I am really tempted to sell all my other stocks and go all in on Tizinana again. I know you cannot advise on what the best thing to do is but as this is a very rare opportunity can I ask everyone please what are you all going to do to invest alll in Tils for the free shares in Accustem or hold some back say 30 % back in other stocks ? I would be very grateful for all replies :-)

Have you any idea on demerger of stemprinter into Accustem whether the value of TILS shares will drop 50% to ofset the value of new accustem shares ? or do you think they will stay the same value ?

I dipped in today with 28K of shares at 14p. I feel for you getting scorched at 180p OUCH that must really hurt !!! Just keep telling yourself it’s only a paper loss and I’m sure the SP will rocket when we get FDA approval RNS hopefully tomorrow. I got burnt with Hemo so moved everything into Tils but even Tils is shafting me now !!! Hope I don’t have the same luck with ImmunaPharma !!
