This so called Traffic Light system of if a country is green then allowing people to leave or enter countries and even then if they are infected with COVID-19 trusting them to self isolate in a hotel is absolutely stupid !! All airports should have a rapid multiplex test whether it is our test or any other manufacturer and if tested positive then refused exit from that country and backed up by law !

Trevor Brown is a multi millionaire !! And a very successful businessman !!

Yes Trevor Brown CEO of Braveheart did sell approx £2 Million of his shares in Braveheart on Wednesday 14/15th April 2021 !
Yes the SP has dropped and I am in negative equity in BRH ! Yes it does hurt !! Shares do go UP and they also go DOWN !

My advice is if you are nervous and invested in Braveheart DO NOT KEEP LOOKING AT THE SHARE PRICE CONSTANTLY !
I HAVE COMPLETE FAITH IN BRAVEHEART AND TREVOR BROWN ! AS THEY HAVE DONE What they have promised and returning large special dividends to their shareholders in return for their investments looking after us !!

Yes you are absolutely right in questioning a large sale of shares in our company by the CEO Trevor Brown and the motives and implications the action has on our SP ! Only Trevor knows what is in his mind ? It is possible he is trying to acquire more shares in Chamberlin to do a RTO !
It is also possible that he is going to use the money to invest in another company who knows !
There are Paraytec , Kirkstall , Phasefocus sub companies in Braveheart maybe Trevor is in the process of acquiring Chamberlin Castings ( with a modified business model ) to be added to our Braveheart Portfolio ? It is possible !
One thing I do get is I thought as he is 74 maybe he is retiring ? But then why would he invest the last sale of his shares in Chamberlin and take a seat on the BOD of Non Executive Directors ? So I think all will be revealed soon and hopefully all positive for us shareholders and HUGE SPECIAL DIVIDEND PAYOUTS !!!!! IIMHO DYOR GLA

I have no affinity with Trevor Brown however the shares he sold in Braveheart a couple of weeks ago he used that money to buy him self a Non Executive seat on the board of directors of Chamberlin Castings. He then organised a £4 million bail out fund as the company was on the brink of liquidation ! Money resources are not infinite ! We all have to juggle money in our lives to meet deadlines tax bills unexpected events so I reckon it’s an unfortunate time for him to sell his shares which I guess he didn’t wish he had to ! I have had a few glasses of wine now so can’t see it but another poster posted tonight that there is a deadline of Friday 8am to supply funds to Chamberlin !! So my guess is he has sold his shares on Wednesday which takes 2 days clearance ie Friday for the share sale to settle in his account so he can pay more into the Chamberlin bailout. If you wouldn’t mind checking the posts tonight you might find it and then verify it by linking to the original RNS from Chamberlin

The Paraytec device is made and only needs fine adjustments as to the Global Pharmaceutical Companies that may either buy the IP outright ! Or buy the devices. This is what I picked up from Professor Carl’s Proactive Investors videos. I think it is by the end of April they will have finished the specificity of the device in which case it is ready to hit the market pending approval by MHRA, EMA and the FDA also CE. I thought the August time line was to have a re purposed modified device to test for Sepsis or Bladder cancer in Urine ! So news of release may come sooner than we all think ! IMHO DYOR GLA

I very much doubt we will see those low prices but if we do then yes an absolute bargain of a price to jump in at ! Not only that but for existing holders to average down so when the SP does rise you will be in profit much quicker

Of course I would still want to be in here !! Braveheart will not be manufacturing the device ! It is an investment company as some muppets on here cannot grasp ! It may well be as I said earlier that Chamberlin is contracted to mass produce the case and controls plus assembly of our Paraytec device. ! They mass manufacture or have done recently Turbo charger units for BMW and other manufacturers so why not assemble the Paraytec devices ? This would provide a lot employment in an area quite badly hit with job losses and help save a company that was about to collapse !

It is highly likely he will use this money to advance the Paraytec Rapid 2 minute test device to help bring it to market quicker !! Honestly you are so blinkered and short sighted !!
As I stated in an earlier post Trevor is now on the board of Chamberlin and may have a strong say in a cheaper price for Chamberlin to manufacture our test device or the money may even be used to tool up Chamberlin with new machinery to mass manufacture our device.
