Maybe TB has got a very large divorce settlement to pay ? Or else why would he sell all his shares ? Or maybe he is retiring ? Who knows but I agree with him gone we will rise like a Phoenix !

At some point I think we will have world wide sales of our wonderful Paraytec 5 different test devices sold into both the human and animal medical care sectors. We will be sat on huge amounts of cash ! It is then that shareholders wil be rewarded a second time with a very large substantial Special Cash Dividend ! Make sure your shares are in an ISA then I believe you don’t pay tax on them !!

Yes I know it was me that mentioned sp of $4 in first post here i have reposted Here is the link to the current Nasdaq Initial Listing requirements March 2021

On page 6 it clearly states the Bid Price must be $4

If the SP falls below $1 Nasdaq rules are that the stock be removed from Nasdaq so I think those values are just nominal values and perhaps JP Morgan will set a listing price of between $2 to $4 what do you think
