Bluejay Mining plc, the AIM and FSE listed, and OTCQB traded, exploration and development company with projects in Greenland and Finland, announces that it was notified that on 11 August 2021 Mr. Johannus Egholm Hansen, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 220,000 Ordinary Shares.



Following this purchase, Mr. Hansen's total beneficial ownership in the Company is 220,000 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 0.023% of the Company's issued share capital of 971,629,460.

What a Debacle ! How many USA holders have since before July 2021 have sold their shares thinking they had qualified for their Accustem shares ? There could possibly be legal action !

This is a generic reply from AJ Bell on the Accustem missing shares :-

After referring to our Corporate Actions team they have confirmed that these shares have not been paid in the usual process. Therefore, the standard market rules were not applied to our depository account from our custodian CREST.

As a result, this has led to a much longer and manual process being applied to these shares in order to settle. We are actively chasing our many market makers to have this process completed in an efficient and precise manner and have them applied to each client’s account.

Due to the amounts of shares received this is unfortunately taking a little longer than usual, with no set completion date I am afraid. However, once completed we will update you as quickly as we can on the matter.

Following on from the Accustem Shares Distribution which have yet to be completed if like I and many others you are concerned you might not receive your allotment of Accustem shares (if you are eligible for them) then I strongly urge you to make an official complaint to CREST (If your platform utilizes this depository)

Once you have lodged your complaint If you wish to and sent a copy of this complaint to Tiziana (the more complaints the better outcome) then could you please post a reply to this original post informing of a complaint with so that

1. It keeps this post at the top of the forum then occasional readers will see the forms and complain if they wish to.

2. Every reader will be able to see how many complaints to CREST have been sent and also how many complaints to Tiziana have been made.

As we all eligible Tiziana shareholders on record date in the UK have not had our Accustem shares delivered as promised last October 2020, I think we all should now make en masse a formal complaint to CREST which is the UK and Ireland depository and clearing house for most shares in UK and Ireland.

What is CREST? CREST is a computer-based system which enables shares to be transferred without a written document, i.e., without a stock transfer form. CREST is owned and operated by a UK company called Euroclear UK & Ireland Limited and was inaugurated on 15 July 1996.

I know for a fact that A J Bell use Crest as a depositor and I think most platforms in the UK do so too, so please check with your platform prior to making the complaint that they do use CREST to settle shares. I have been informed by A J Bell that the Accustem shares are with CREST however due to them not being sent in the normal manner, a manual way of distributing them is causing the delay! For an International electronic Clearing House this is totally unacceptable!

Note the rules in Crest state that you must initiate a complaint before three months has elapsed of you noticing a problem. As the shares in the UK RNS stated that shares would be deposited on 8th July 2021 and we still have not got them then we need to not delay!
