Neuphoria only has a market cap of $23m which is it's cash position so given debt is part of any deal I an inclined to think this is a cheap and quick way to list on NASDAQ

The big lumps are the supply that needs to be cleared. The seller is coming to and end and that is one of the factors driving the price higher as this seller overhang has been around for a long time.

It appears are seller is still here but now only selling into rising prices which would indicate that there is less necessity to sell which hopefully means they are coming towards the end of their supply

Not concerned just seeing if something is new or old is just keeping yourself informed
