Ha ha love a name drop. Was it James Leigh-Pemberton son of scrawly signature? Looks like my man is talking tomorrow at 11.00 in the session "Funding Transition". GLA all let's hope we get the info we need in the next few days. Sp is up a tad wooo hoooo !
Ha I do indeed am of that age ! I was just going through the list of speakers. I can see one Global Bank speaker from MUFG which is Japan's largest bank named Michael Rurik Halaby Bizarrely I used to work with him back in the day. Maybe this is the bank? Toyo Engineering using VLS tech tie in link maybe thingy?
It's at Farnborough because the Sustainable Skies World Summit 2023 is there for two days.

Click on agenda shows who is speaking when etc. Ministerial address at 14.15 if ythat's the one we are looking for.
jzchat - I couldn't agree more. In the meantime the sp is diminishing. Doesn't give current or new investors a good feeling.
Best wishes and hope it works out for you draft.
We need that matched funding in place and I still do not see why Velocys have not announced who the global investment bank they have appointed is. Why bother saying you have appointed one but not say? Maybe, just maybe, as Velocys expect matched funding to be in place by April it will be announced in tandem. The sp needs a boost.

They mean business ! Well let's hope so. Awaiting news re the top secrest leading investment bank and need to see that matched funding to help the depressed sp. GLA.
The grant funding will be distributed over the grant period from December 2022 to March 2025 and is conditional upon receipt of private sector matched funding. Altalto Immingham has obtained Letters of Intent from a number of existing and new potential partners for the private-sector matched funding requirement with the first tranche of private funding due to be in place by April 2023.
Velocys' cash contribution into the Altalto Immingham project over the two years from April 2023 is not expected to exceed £8 million, and this sum may be reduced by bringing in additional investors into the project.
Or is it Velocys expect private funding to be in place by April 2023. Im on mobile and trouble getting the RNS to view properly. Will look when home.
I think it is April 2023 . I'm sure it's in the RNS from the award and runs through to 2025 with second tranches awarded subject to matched funding in place. Nail biting time. GLA.
Can only help e-fuel headlines. Porsche have built a plant in conjunction with others in Chile to develop/make e-fuel. As I understand all their models except the 911 will become electric.
And this is all still on really light volume correct? Clearly not enough of us buyers interested to stump up more or fresh cash. Director purchases would be of some comfort. Hello Henrik are you there?
As far as I can see the drop today is all on very light volume but I do not have access to the level 2 stuff. Would some of the matched funding meet the criteria of the UK Infrastructure Bank? Or would that be a doubling up of govt money even though it has its own remit. SP is quite distressing and like MarketrapeandpillageViking I would like to spend a bit more here but am quite exposed as is. MV I hope you don't mind your name change , I just watched Norsemen and couldn't resist. GLA hoping for the gloom to lift soon. Still do not see why they cannot say who the bank is.
Ha well hope so. SP decline is grim atm. GLA
So whats the point of an RNS then?

I cannot see where they say who the new new super leading investment bank is . Anyone? FFS! Or is it me who is losing it?
Ok so cool has to come from private sector. Thanks expat.
