ANT Geophysical Surveys Commence

Alford East Copper-REE Project, South Australia

The directors of Thor Energy Plc (“Thor” or the “Company”) (AIM, ASX: THR, OTCQB: THORF) are pleased to

announce the commencement of Ambient Noise Tomography (“ANT”) geophysical surveys, in partnership with

Fleet Space Technologies (“Fleet”), at the Alford East Copper-REE Project in South Australia.

Highlights:

▪ Low-impact, ANT surveys are now underway at the Alford East copper-gold Project using EXOSPHERE BY

FLEET® technology (Figure 1).

▪ The ANT surveys are designed to delineate the low-velocity, weathered ‘troughs’ that host the oxide copper-

REE mineralisation within the Alford Copper Belt (Figure 2). They will be completed over the next few weeks.

▪ As part of the collaborative partnership between Thor and Fleet, Fleet will integrate the ANT results with

Thor’s 3D geological model using Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) and Machine Learning (“ML”) to generate a new

model for drill targeting higher-grade oxide copper-gold mineralisation (ASX/AIM: 4 September 23).

▪ Future drilling will be concentrated on these targets, characterised by low seismic velocity, to intersect

higher-grade oxide copper-gold mineralisation hosted in units conducive to the possibility of In-Situ Recovery

(“ISR”).

If the Directors had any belief in the company then some buys from them would be a very ideal thing to do. Alas I fear this will not be the case. Good luck anyone holding.

Plenty of demand out there for copper and uranium so I wouldn't be worrying about that side of things. I worry if we actually discover it. GLA . Mullins58 and Troajan recently posted Uranium demand links and here's a copper one.

Has the Contracts for Difference (CfD) scheme been sorted out for SAF yet , I know it was widely used for windfarms but as far as I am aware parliament is still yet to agree on its actual structure for SAF. Happy to be corrected. GLA.

Well said MyrtleMan, it really is quite pathetic when you look at thier ownership. I have emailed several times why they, the directors do not own more shares than they do. Funilly enough no response. But please anyone reading MyrtleMan's post get on the case and email or Tweet etc asking the very same. No response likely but will help show our discontent in the matter. GLA.

Data from previous surveys are not collected or stored centrally. The company that does them owns them or the state or the county does and is not generally out for public consumption so if you want it you gotta do it. I remember reading this somewhere and if I can remember where I'll pop it up here. Data collection/storage/access is all a bit different over there.

Convb - do you also look at Gevo inc ? Am looking to go US style in SAF and see this one has dived a fair bit off its highs like Aemetis. Have recently bought some Aemetis and looking at Gevo. Have ditched half my Velocys. So fed up with them now. GLA.

Agreed MyrtleMan.No way can it it be Liberum as "a leading global investment bank"! Part of Liberum Capital. Office in New York and London. Not exactly global nor leading. If it is I'm flabbergasted at it all . Eagerly, I think, awaiting who it actually is. Pulling what little hair I have out !

One would have to assume aswell that those who gave the initial £7 million of matched funding did so knowing the future prospects of the company looked decent enough to invest in and perhaps be willing for further investment so as to ensure their initial funding was not a waste. GLA. I think we gradually see good news from here on.

Velocys plc (VLS.L), the sustainable fuels technology company, is pleased to announce that further to the award of the grant from the UK Government's Department for Transport ("DfT") Advanced Fuel Funds of up to £27 million for the Altalto Immingham Sustainable Aviation Fuel ("SAF") Project, announced on 12 December 2022, Altalto Ltd* has completed the work necessary to claim the first tranche (£7 million) of the grant up to 31 March 2023. In addition, as planned, the project has obtained the first tranche of private funding for the period from 1 April 2023 from its existing private sector participants.

No mention of who the bank is still nor who the private investors are but I'll take it. Good news right guys?
