Guzz,
And if you had seen his posts on HC, also predicted that derisking at Charlie was a preferred option, before the final result. Some took that advice.
Shaa,
There will be no Farm-out on the HRZ this year.
Yukon news has been announced, permitting in place etc. There will be a tie up between 88e/Jade (Erik) and a partner to drill 2 wells. This is dependent on dredging the port, weather, funding (definitely) and desire. In this climate it's stiffled.
We wait though, Dave will spin it when he sees fit.
Shaa,
I appreciate your posts and the info you provide.
Can you clarify what the "postive side" may look like in your view?
Also it was announced on PMO's exit(I read somewhere) that the working interest would revert back to the pre Farm-out conditions, so I don't imagine Dave is waiting for that to be wrapped up, it could take months anyway.
Flexmw,
Del101,
Good points raised and they need addressing.
Salaries clearly need to be cut in the face of repeated failure. The inventive scheme put in place needs to be shelved/removed.
This company needs to start from a fresh base.
Seahawk,
Good point and there is probably a large group of shareholders that would welcome it, based on sentiment.
The only problem I can see is that there are not likely to be any takers, as you stated. Hard to sell an HRZ pipe dream, some dispersed clays and some level of confirmed condensate that's of little to no value.
Seahawk,
A full buy out works require an offer submitted to the BoD for consideration. That offer would either be approved or rejected.
If approved an offer price would be submitted to shareholders for approval.
What is clear is that will not be happening any time soon.
Based on the current investment climate, Covid and the oil price, no one will be making a move on the 88e leases.
However...... Stay tuned for a pump (read trading opportunity) for a CR before year end. It's Dave's favourite time and he rarely runs the ship dry. Normally ~AUD$5 mill is his marker. Any less won't cover the loan, lease and admin costs.

And this is no way in defence of the amounts paid but the amounts you posted are not wages/salaries.
Maybe re-title your post as "Complete Package Value" and not wages as that is misleading.
Don't get me wrong, in calling for cuts.

I appreciate your input here. Very balanced, thoughtful and great to have another angle.
As you may have realised the resident ramper does not like to read points of view which are contrarian.
Keep up the good work.
Cheers
