It annoys me when posters on this site don't do their homework properly. As Pears rightly says, it is only David Braben selling stock in the exact same proportion as the buyback so the 'director sale' notice comes up every day shares are bought back. No sinister director selling at all.

Results today are very good and everything points to further upgrades as FY2026 progresses, especially if Evolution 3 is a success.

Tracsis has been hit by delays to rail contracts under the CP7 framework, just as several other quoted companies have reported. However they have secured two very important and large long-term contracts in the last month (national 'tap and pay' and Scotrail) that underpin a much brighter picture from 2026. Strong buy.

It is not a case of 'hoping' this will be true, its a fact. Simply look at the RNS announcements which are 100% clear. From tomorrow morning all shareholders will own one Marlowe share and one Optima Health. If the Optima expected valuation proves correct the residual Marlowe business will look very cheap if the combined market cap stays where it is today.

Or you could read the statement like any normal human being and see a slow first quarter with work to be done to make full year forecasts! No big issues as yet but a sensible enough drift down by 5%.

Of course its a profit warning Turtle Brain! They are now forecasting adjusted EBITDA of £28.5m vs £48.8m last year. Sure, revenues are slightly above forecast but margins are well down and there is mention of write offs for both games under development and recent releases - which has further spooked the market.

I don't disagree with what you say, Dartron, but you have gone the wrong way in calculating enterprise value. It is now trading on an EV of £13.6m taking the mkt cap of £21.6m and deducting net cash of £8m. It probably deserves to be so, but this is undoubtedly 'cheap' if sales and profitability improve from here.

They talked about a 1/3 to 2/3 split at their interim and paid 1p then, so 2p would be my guess on the final div.
