I agree taking everything in to consideration its a good deal. We will retain a greater percentage of the assets. They have a good incentive to make this work and will want to crack on. My guess is all the JV talks GR was having to do this differently, they was holding him to ransom. The potential of the assets is huge it just needs the right people to unlock it. Let's face it GR hasn't managed it well to date!

Let GR sort RHA out then tackle Zulu. Circum might be able to fund Zulu to DFS in 6 months time, we've waited 4 years what's the rush? Better than diluting it 30/40%. Why invest in Circum only to dilute other assets? Swings and roundabouts. GR was more than hopeful of Circum landing sometime this year, thats why he rushed into increasing the stake. It hasn't happened yet but if he thinks it's that close sit on your hands and wait. He tied all our available headroom in it at the time so he must have some idea!

I agree totally agree Random, let RHA fund Zulu or even put it on the back burner until Circum IPO's. Can't see the point in diluting us 23% to increase the Circum stake if its not going to be used to aid in funding another asset. We've waited 4 years for Zulu what's another 6 months? I feel he's trying to get too much over the line at once, we don't have to dilute Zulu as well by 30/40%!

I agree totally with chippyjo, we are supposed to be in this all together. Action should have been taken as soon as rha was put into C&M. Been here 3.5 yrs and all its been is carrots and jam. GR should of been more focused on rha and zulu instead of diluting us further for the increased circum stake. Now we are left with no cash again, had to increase the headroom to ridiculous levels and massive dilution of our assets!!

That's nice! I think there's a stewards enquiry involving Prem atm ... apparently interference in the final furlong... don't worry though we'll still get placed... the jockey was complaining of no headroom!!

Yeah bring on the job cuts, as for delivering every other day and going out on bikes again, bring that on too!! Posties are struggling to get the mail in a van and thats with a daily delivery service. Lol they need bigger vans and more of them! There's not enough posties as it is, its not rocket science as to where the job cuts need to come from. Let the gravy train roll on!

Many posties sold their shares, they're fighting for a decent pension scheme, wages and improved working conditions.They are all for change, though the pain must be shared by the privileged few.

Nobody see's it as a plc, though if you want the sp to do well try looking at the gravy train and not the people that actually deliver your profits and divi's.

Yeah that sounds about right let shareholders keep the gravy train rolling. Whilst the posties who actually do all the donkey work, loose their pensions and see no pay rise, under worsening working conditions!!

Just keep buying the shares, posties will get their pensions sorted and a pay rise a****st other things. If there's going to be any job cuts, i can assure you it wont be posties as the delivery side is over stretched as it is. Lets see where they'll come from? Maybe the privileged few on the gravy train, with their huge bonuses and inflated pay!!
