Pretty much across the board late last week. Disappointing to see MKA caught up in it when we have so many irons in the fire. Their loss when our Nas listing alone gives us a 80p tradable asset . There was a theory that the SpaceX float would suck liquidity out of the market so maybe part of it aswell?!

USAR down because insiders selling shares. 3 news items out.

After today there is only the SEC green light and then we are only days from being listed. That could happen at anytime. Instant 80p asset on the balance sheet plus everything else as a bonus. Difficult to understand any investor selling before that event but there we are.

One month until the $400M SPAC vote so finally we should get an update in the next 10 days. Can't have a vote unless you know what you are voting on and you need to give out prior notice for the vote. SPAC is in the share price for free if anyone is interested!

Another massive purchase by the big boys.

In the December results they promised 3 or 4 updates by the end of the first qtr. Still waiting on all of them. Risk off, eoy tax selling and lack of promised updates. The BOD and advisors just need to do a better job at the basics. Not difficult. Most other companies manage it ffs.

USA International Development Finance Corporation has just given the green light to Songwe investment. Absolutely huge news.

Delayed buys coming through thick and fast. Approx 450K in the last 20 minutes. Good to see those 100k lumps. We have missed seeing them! Looks like finalised is on its way.

No business update so all eyes on 3rd qtr results in a few weeks time? Gives them a bit more time to get a few deals signed. Missed opportunity to reassure shareholders imho. Either way, they can't hide come results statement.

That video out of Germany showing our 2nd HyProMag Plant up and running probably woke a few people up!

Lots of talk of USA govt buying into Critical Metals to stake fund their Greenland mine. Songwe can't be far behind with the connections we have in NewYork and Washington. Still think our Spac alone will be worth $1B+ or close to £2.00 a share before you add in any of our other assets!

100k just printed from earlier. Multiple 50k from first thing. Book just gone mental.

From last week's update they are signing the 25 year lease for Hypromag USA Fort Worth hub Q3. 5 working days so anytime now. Interesting coincidence that our full team are all there! Really hoping for massive press coverage when they go live any day. No point in having the bosses on hand if you don't use them.

£400k to purchase a P111 ready drug that Destiny spent close to £100M advancing! Nice deal EMV.

Just to add a bit more. Turns out the ore will be shipped in from Australia for this new magnet factory. As I posted before a mega grant for Songwe/Poland has to be a given. No way can they prioritise one over the other. Mega few months ahead.

If there are only 2 companies in Poland on the Critical Minerals List and the other one just got $300M I just can't see us missing out. Elemental is USA owned so no problem for Mkango being UK. Perhaps this is why William and the rest of the team didn't buy into the recent placing as they have so much price sensitive/ insider deals about to play out!? Can't wait to see what a $100M Polish Grant does for the share price!
