My biggest worry, John Kerry is visiting, final death nail for Cumbria coal mine, COP26 in Glasgow. Progression of UJO can not be delayed otherwise licences will be removed as this year gets closer to COP26. As was the licence for Cumbria coal mines.
I can not remember anyone on here thinking this a problem, it is and DB needs to get on with it. Messing around with consolidation etc is all a distraction. Get on with the Blinkin job
"It’s week 7 of a 6-10 week drill, of course the weeks go by you muppet."
Replies like this make me realise people are emotionally bought in. And unable to make factual descisions. There were many on this forum in August last year when it was worth 3 times the amount saying its going to explode. I've been in and out of this share and my maximum exposure I sold at 26 as I needed to buy into a property. I was upset at the time but now I'm back in (much smaller amount) I worry again. So my statement was legitimate. So calling people a muppet is pointless.
I've set an option at 12 to buy, what do you think of the chances. Let's hope the government green energy movements don't influence local councils and prospective acquisition companies.
Not that I would listen to 65jh, I do feel this thread is always overtly optimistic. This share is a punt and unless people were professional investors I wouldn't recommend. Good luck to everyone. It didn't reach my 12 buy in. I sold at 26 so I'm happy enough.
Look I was being positive for you, a share at a basic level is what someone is valuing it at, I've made just shy of 20k out of ujo and got off at. 26. For me it hasn't performed and endless promises and uptalk is not money. Meanwhile having bought BP, RR and easyjet I've done pretty well out of and I sleep at night. Ujo is a punt and having money in it I would have to be prepared to lose it, which if it went to. 12 I'd buy in again but less than 10k.
It was always a gamble, and with oil price the way it is I strongly think its overvalued. No oil company is going to have any interest in investing for at least 8 months. Just storing the stuff that is being produced is a problem.
One place it isn't going is the bank. I had near on 8 million of these shares when I sold. I do think I'm going to give it a miss on that qty again as I think (2k.would just be a punt) UJO is a bit more of a marketing machine than oil company. And it's been "promising" for 18 months. Now with OPEC production, oil price, funding pressures and movements towards renewables UJO could just disappear. So for me 2k is just to retain interest.
