very detailed, and dealt with multiple problems of liabiliyies all at once. they must have some strong desire to succeed and sound business strategy i think. otherwise they will not be throwing all that money all at once to all these issues that have confronted them. i think once digested, investors are going to love it here investing in SAM. Just IMHO though but very hopeful.
