Does Mega's cost come out of Oracle 's profit ?

Can anyone clarify whether a rights issue by Riversgold affects Oracle's 20% ? ....will diluted shares by Riversgold lessen our share of the profit

Does the court have to approve..or is that a formality?

And when do the shares normally get suspended in these type situations ?,

Probably most of us knew deep down it was going to be 'yes ' , and most couldn't believe it came to this .

Markets telling us something today? Any thoughts/whispers?

Its been obvious from the start of this 'saga .

Markets are (today ) envisaging a 'yes ....let's draw a line ...and move on ...

After all the waiting and miserable few months, we will soon see what the market thinks of all the 'changes and disposal's since suspension......my view is still 'Hold ....I've a feeling there's a final twist to this saga!

The message from BOD ( previous) ,was 'Hold ' ...is this still the case ?

Malcolmj...exactly....nothing will be done until accounts are up to date .....then..and then ...will we see any shift

From what i can gather the BOD advice is still to 'Hold ' ( i know the shares are suspended ) , an no shareholders action needed.

It may be a double bluff on their part for Sidra to show 'their hand' ( so to speak ), release accounts and wait for any positive/ negative feedback.
