Global has plenty of time yet ----------- he has only been on here since June 17. Merely a junior member yet.
Be of good cheer and stout heart, there is still at the time of posting this festive missive three and a half business days left 'til the turn of the year. Have a good Xmas all.
Maybe but a long way towards being 100% spot on. I too have been a tad guilty of being, and erring, on the side of over optimism but I now have to admit this is looking more and more being taken private whilst the long termers here have been shafted royally. Sad but ultimately true I'm afraid.
MIZMAN, there is no need to be over optimistic to that extent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'd give it a bit of patience and go for 2033, just to be on the safe side.
Rns's, true to form as per usual, total waste of time and money. I am seriously wondering if LC has has lost the plot or had some sort of ''breakdown'' Surely, surely there must be somebody working in the company at senior level who must wonder WTF is going on, what about some of the companies working alongside LC and KIBO and who have some vestige of financial interest in the company. There are allegedly some big name companies signed up as partners and associates of KIBO.
Ach, sorry but I give up, there is no logical rhyme or reason here anymore. Nobody from top to bottom seems to have a ''scooby'' what the f''k is happening here now. It is just pure ''mince'' now and scrag end stuff at that. Give it up LC and let us get on with something more entertaining.
Another one just appeared.
?
I keep coming back to the same thought that the Government of Tanzania see a reliable power supply as a threat to the Governments security, it would give the citizens a bit too much leverage against the people in Government and their cosy, comfortable existence. But then I could be totally wrong but certainly there seems no rush on the Governments part to sort out the situation for their citizens.
bcl, you are not alone, there are still some semi optimists hanging around waiting for the ''big bang'' moment, whatever it might be.
Maybe, just maybe there is a semblance of humour and hope still floating around the board yet. Just some fun to take us away from the boredom and moaning,
aerial: TOP POT SIRE, or to put that another way------------------ top riposte.
Did you know that the word ''DYSLEXIA'' is a an absolute direct anagram of ''SEXDAILY''. Just a thought. Here's to a good week if not slightly better.
Maybe that is LC's strategy here, if he shut KIBO down voluntarily then it would be seen as an admission of his failure, if the SP fades away into obscurity then he can always blame the demise of the company on failure to get investment. I am sorry to say this but this whole situation stinks now. Optimism has drained away from me and I suspect many, many others.
OVEN READY?????????????? Trouble is they have no power to use Microwaves and ovens. Got to go with ''shovel ready'' at least that gets the coal out the ground to use as fuel.
be collecting natural methane from the local population and their cattle, putting it into large balloons and onwards into the new power stations.
BCL42, as I opined and posted earlier there is a definite relationship showing up in the KIBO family tree between LC, St Brides and a certain Mr H. C. Anderson. I believe Roald Dahl was a big influence in the early formative years of the young Master Coetzee and his siblings.
Yep, even for a mid level optimist like me I get the feeling that things are beginning to fall off the KIBO vehicle, more fairy stories than Hans Christian Anderson emanating from St. Brides and the kindergarten. Another month/six weeks I think for me and if nothing then it could be time to escape and look for something a bit rosier.
bcl42 Is this a case of ''O ye of little faith'' or are you correct in your suppositions? Time will tell.
Well whoever is in charge of catering at KIBO needs to get the oven on at gas mark 4/5 or twelve minutes at 850 w, take it out after 6 mins, give it a good stir, replace the lid and back in for another 6 minutes then let it stand for two minutes! Serve it hot or cold but for F==KS sake get on with it
