GBP278k for two directors - these guys have no incentive to return cash to shareholders - they will keep the gravy train going and probably drive the business into the ground eventually by investing in very poor grade investments. And they have no accountability; they completely ignore emails from investors - shocking display of poor governance.

Did they mention the company (Coro) has been suspended since April?

Two years ago the board encouraged investors not to accept a 1.9p offer from Lekoil. The current share price is now not even close to that and with no clear path to how value will be created I wouldn't say we are in a better position.

I would think that the directors are quite happy to ride this out for as long as possible on the gravy train. Directors remuneration of USD300k for three directors (two of which are non exec).

Hi has anyone else been messaging the company on info@feniksoplc.com? I emailed the company asking when they would be announcing what they plan to do with cash holding up. They never replied so I sent another email to ask for a reply and it bounced back so I suspect I’ve been blocked by them. Anyone else experience this? Shocking really!
