Why not just quote her post on here and save us the bother. It's not just whether they have the funding, it's the terms. Existing shareholders tend to get shafted.
Administration next. They're in hock to Viaro who will take the resource for cheaper than cheap. What the NSTA will have to say about it is another matter. We're still waiting to hear from them as it is. What a shambles this whole affair turned out to be.
Cannot see either party walking away. This isn't just about Deltic neither.
It's purely down to NTSA dirt digging on Mazzagatti. Can't blame them. He's about to buy a big chunk of UK gas assets from Shell. They have to be seen to have done due diligence.
The deal may or may not be done before the new year. Back to court for an extension if not perhaps.
The weekend article in the Telegraph is very old news with dubious motivation. Questionable is the lead title. Borderline news fakery which is ironic given they were named as the source for exposing the BBC's shenanigans last week re Trump.
I'm pretty confident the deal will eventually go through.
Viaro are a private company. They made an accepted offer for RockRose 5 years ago (2020), in July, coincidentally. The deal was settled by the September. Didn't take long.
Pretty much sums it up. I'm holding to get at least the price offered and to allow for the remote chance of further good fortune in the form of an improved offer.
