Creasy accepting shares at 6.2p so I really wouldn't be concerned about 3.2 or 3.5p paid..

Likely a massive re rate on its way here with lots of news due including the Bara consulting feasibility study on the 6m OZ JV.

Yes if it's good enough for Mark Creasy and the other large holders at 3.4p then it's certainly good enough for me.

Creasy also participated at 6p and has warrents at 7.5p. Gold has nigh on doubled in value since that time.

With such successful backers continuing to support the company I'm sure it's only a matter of time before the wider market acknowledges the value here.

Seems buyers are back in.. still way under valued here expect to push back into the 5s before too long

At $3k per Oz our small JORC in USA is worth $630m and it's between 0 and 48m.

With more drilling expected to increase this considerably.

Our JORC in SA of around 3m OZ is worth $9bln out of the ground.

With other targets in the tens of millions of ounces, Harmony gold as a JV partner and Gold one agreements of co operation around Ventersburg one can only assume sat at £15m MC this is far too cheap.

Got to be confident the names on the board as well as major share holder Mark Creasy driving this.

Yes tens of millions of ounces to target yet still not anywhere near full value on the JORC ounces already accounted for.

Likely quite easy to raise funds if required via a loan against this stockpile.

Not sure if I'm missing something with this one but sum of parts seems to be worth alot more than the SP with money promised to be returned to SHs likely in form of a special divi.

Could not imagine major holders like Nealon or Creasy would allow dilution here with the assets vs the SP.

Company has gone from 200k to 2.95m Oz JORC since the acquisition this latest news seems to suggest we will add considerably more to this by year end.

JV with Harmony which we seem to have a great relationship with and now a statement from the chairman "We are also encouraged by the growing interest in our gold assets

from multinational gold mining companies." Perhaps a suggestion that our other assets are getting attention. One would expect they should considering the gold price and our vast stock of drilling data already completed.

Take advantage of the weak market here IMO.

Good point made about balance sheet looking strong enough for now though.

Low cash burn and little compensation for the board whom hold a very large amount of shares.

What I really took from the interview that maybe is overlooked is the data we hold from Creasys years of drilling can be used to very economically JORC what we have.

This is a huge bonus, we have gone from a few 100k JORC to 3m (-bee) Oz in 12 months of this acquisition and should be able to ramp this up alot quicker than companies of similar ilk.

Back to balence sheet talk let's not forget Creasy has warrents at 8p which would be £8ish into the account of LEX once the milestones are achieved.

Still very very cheap these shares though I appreciate being able to continue to build my postion.

I think ppl are starting to ask the right questions.

The value of gold in the ground is very speculative but certainly paying $5 per Oz as per today's MC is no brainer imo.

Creasy estimated to put $20m+ into WRE projects over the years and we have the plots and the drill data from that work.

He obviously trusts this BOD to achieve the potential from this work.

Hopefully we get some updated research notes and a bit of trading volume from here.

Yes and likely the next round of drilling results due in a bout a month add another lump onto that JORC amount. These US assets look very shallow on the last LEX paper not all that expensive to mine especially with current gold prices.

3m ish ounces on the Joint venture sat next door to Harmonys target one mine.

Estimated 30m+ ounces to prove up on the rest of the plots..

Multi multi bagger potential on this SP is very real possibility. Some of the target numbers you can come up with are huge..

We were using around 800k a year prior to WRE takeover.

These guys are fantastic at putting every $ back into the ground.

One would think these shallow deposits in USA alone are worth today's market cap.. not inc.. 65% of 6m ounces in JV and 30m - 90m ounces in WRE extensive leases..

Market will wake up one day until then load the boat I say.

3p that would be a fantastic gift to buy more. I've been nibbling away all the through this period and will continue to. Risk vs reward play here is so favourable at this price even at double this price IMO.

The only sells I have seen go through were flippers and likely small bored paper handed retail traders and I thank them for their donation.

Cant see any reason to panic, the trades that have gone on over last couple of weeks all small insignificant amounts. Nothings changed just given MM a opportunity to mark down and aquire cheap shares. Solid directors with proven track record, cash in bank, small historic cash burn, proven resources and Creasy on board.. Just the way AIM is during these times of reduced liquidity. Scoop up the cheap shares while u can.
