Why does Dan's LinkedIn profile not even mention being CEO of main market company - Nuformix?! Because he's not doing anything!

RNS OCTOBER 2019 - Dan always promises discussions are ongoing. Whack off a few e-mails then he's covered. Don't get me wrong I'd love a deal but have a massive loss ... and for a very long time.

You'll get used to them saying their in discussion with partners. But Dan who doesn't even bother to mention he is NFX CEO in his LinkedIn description just sends out emails to Pharmas before each RNS. There is no great knowledge resource, there is very little to discuss. And why would anyone want to put in loads of money to partner when they could buy the lot for next to nothing? That's our only hope.

In respect of NXP002, our Strategic Review combined with emerging pre-clinical data strongly supports primary development towards a treatment for Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis ("IPF"). The Company expects to announce completion of its pre-clinical IPF programme shortly, following initial positive pilot study results as previously announced. Our clinical partners have now received tissue from all required donors to complete the study, with anticipated reporting of results in Q3 2018. Formulation development is on-going as the Company positions itself for an initial patient proof-of-concept study in IPF prior to commercial out-licensing. Additional development opportunities and further partnerships are being explored in parallel.

I hope this works out well but don't get too excited. I lost loads of money here. They said all this eight years ago. I think Dan just emails a few big Pharmas once a year. They always say they are in discussions. What is there to discuss? Anyone interested could buy the company for next to nothing. There is no great pool of knowledge here. Dan on Linked In does not even mention NFX in his main description. Joanne Holland who did the technical work left in May2021. I'd love to get a bit of money back but they have wasted years doing nothing, on a part time basis too. Anne Brindlay did nothing too. It was just a vehicle whilst she looked for a job!

Why do this interview unless he's after more money and further dilution? No progress in 5 years. I believed all this then and invested heavily waiting for the deal. Any one interested could just buy the company there's no great pool of knowledge left. Nothing to discuss - just sell 002! Obviously really hope it happens but not optimistic!

There can't be that much to talk about! Been waiting for 7 years and lost a lot. The company has such a miserable value anyone interested could buy it for next to nothing. I think Dan just emails a few big pharma's just before each time he repeats his ridiculous 'discussions' rubbish!

Yes! Hopefully a low single digit loss means only £2 or £3! Shore Capital has a target price of 35 pence. Hopefully per share.

Maybe they want to clear this out the way before a Monday or Tuesday morning RNS announcing EISA news? Unlikely!

This seems an extraordinary statement:

the Company hopes to be able to announce the outcome, which it is confident will be positive, during this quarter.

Do they mean in the next couple of days or have they made an incredibly embarrassing mistake by writing this from the perspective of Qtr 4?

Later on they say:

For the balance of the year, the Company's focus will remain on obtaining the environmental approval for the Project,

My fear is this is just astounding and embarrassing incompetence!

Nope! Still can't get a live quote from HL. They're big too so pretty disgraceful!

Can't get a price quote to buy any with HL currently!

Missed July deadline set in May! What hope?

From May RNS - Update must be tomorrow? Then Simon Thompson comment. You'd hope for 20% rise wouldn't you?

Accordingly, the Board remains confident of the Group's prospects and of delivering further strong growth in the current year. The level of contracted revenue continues to build, further improving revenue visibility and the Board is enthused by the substantial opportunities for Kromek and its technology.



The Group will provide further information at the time of its full year results announcement in July 2022.

If they believed in the company they could buy them cheaper now. At least Riddell bought 400k on the 12th Jan. Only want to be involved if no risk of losing anything. Everyone else here has bought higher and just have to hope we get some of our losses back.
