Yes I believe the same, but then we have to ask ourselves what is boos strategy. Why are they obsessed with taking Bob and the rest of the team out the game, he was in place when they issued the ‘supportive shareholders’ RNS. They have a plan and you can bet it isn’t to get full value for revb PI’s
And then effectively take the assets in a fire sale from the administrators. Tall story I know but anything is possible with these cretins.
Oculus
It’s not about changing the board members, it’s that (and if you believe him) Bob suggested that with boo in control the banks would pull the facility which is what boo want so they can cause it it go into technical admin. Personally I think that’s scaremongering , but that’s what’s the concern is as it was in black and white in an RNS.
Hosai - yes, the director buying suggest they are confident of winning a vote - they may have something up their sleeve to ensure this or they might just be buying as much stock as they can for a month to ensure they have enough votes between themselves and whichever additional larger holders them can get onside. (Noting they haven't said anything about the Minto legal action since the initial rns ... hmm i wonder why!)
In terms of boo they have 4 options:
1. Sell there stock for a 8-10m profit as current price. (unlikely).
2. Buy more and be forced into making an offer (unlikely as they don't want to pay fair value, they want to take the company for peanuts via a forced admin situation).
3. Continue to hold (and be a 'supportive share holder' hahaha)
4. Take their current proposed route, and force/vote management out, stick their own team in and force the banks to call in debts and try and salvage the company out of a fake admin situation (very risky, unethical and a difficult thing to pull of to get all moving parts to align so they actually make money via this strategy in the long term, especially if half of revbs customers decide to walk).
If i were boo id go down route 3 and make a nice 100-150m profit by holding and supporting the business for a couple of years. They wont though cos they are a set of t@ats!!
And the business is stronger now than when it was over a quid! its not even a tech stock ..
Pushing now, 34 to buy
Everyone on here needs to make sure they vote in bobs favour, contact your broker if you done get a voting notification on your account.
A tr1 that boo are selling would do more for the sp than all these director buys oddly enough, under these circumstances.
In normal circumstances directors buys of volume would have sent this up at least 20%, 15 trades and a tiny rise all down to the boardroom wrangles, with clarity it will will fly.
Pre market is up already ..
This is worth 3 or 4x the current SP even now, its held back because of the nervousness / threat of what Boo might do, thats all.
Gap up in the morning, ..
Some confidence him and us are not getting robbed blind by boo, if that trade hadn't popped up on close id have added 20k extra myself
He paid 31.62p as well this time ...
RNS - BOB BOUGHT ANOTHER 5000K SHARES
Thg would likely have competition authority issues and it would be a long drawn out process. Id be more inclined to think any offer would come from PE if there was to be one at all, cleaner.
In auction again ..
My 13p average is looking better anyway .. lets keep going
Boo are going to run out of options soon as the SP rises, they are scavengers and only take struggling companies for peanuts, this will get too rich for them and i find it highly unlikely they would be able to force a profit making business into admin by forcing the banks to pull the facility. (even then they could easily raise funds to cover it), Also if they buy much more stock they would be obliged to make an offer for the company anyway so that might actually stop them buying much more to get over the threshold. Rock and hard place. Its easier to work angles from the inside so bob et al are in the driving seat here.
