I've been in Pyc for longer than i can remember. Quite a big holding. I must say i am loosing my faith.

Today's summary wasn't good, old news and a warning that a fund-raise is coming soon.

Something big needs to happen to stop this sliding further so hopefully the new management will turn this around. At the best i would say they have a 50/50 chance. The old directors couldn't seem to do it so time will tell.

Am i on the right share here. This company has been managed tight for years. Very little fundraising for an aim share.

I think we need to find out more with regards to what is really happening before making too many assumptions.

Was such a moderate placing required at such a dilution.Why was it done with record revenues being logged and why did they choose to do this when it hasn't been the company policy so far.

Expansion, strength for take over or for no reason????

If the money is used correctly then i personally font see a problem with the raise.

They know have to answer these questions to keep their roles . This could be good for transparency i think.We will soon find out.

This is a new one for me. Been investing 30 years and have never seen a move like this.

I would let this play out for a while and not get too excited. It could get interesting for the better i would say. I think these lads must have a plan that will unfold shortly.

New contracts keep coming in

Expanded it services

In a niche,market that is expanding

With the raise has only 303 million shares which for an aim company isnt excessive

Has decent cash in the bank

A market cap near its turnover

Not in a bad place in my opinion. Better than most aim shares with no income and billions of shares in issue.

With gold prices so high you would think they would process some of the ore /blasting material to raise some cash. I have looked on the internet and cant find a process cost in the UK .My guess is they must make money out of a small amount at 20k a coin!!

Why arent they processing? Robbie thinks its because they haven't hit the hot spot yet. I cant see the logic in that.

They have a mill and crusher. It was paid with by a share placing. They also have shown photos of gold in previous posts in the walls.

A few updated test results would be better than nothing. Come on lets be honest . They must have some gold and they cant mine constantly hoping to hit a hot spot. Have you read all the Rns releases. If you have you will see what im saying is not unrealistic.

They have hinted many times that they have ore so why not turn this into cash to help the running costs instead of constant dilution into other projects.

The mine had waste in it when it was de-watered. On top of that they have blasted 20m in length. Im not savvy to material amounts but lets just say 20 liner m x 6m cube (tunnel size) x 1.5 tonnes =180 tonnes blasted so far . There is between 1.5 -2 tonnes per cubic m so im working on the lower side.

They have been bringing this up to the surface but no gold count ?

All hypothetical figured before some one shoots me down. So your saying everything they are blasting is waste. If it is we are all stuffed.

Are you real Robbie? The material they have surely has some gold in it. If you read the RNS of the past years they have bought material up from the mine.

You say moan. My comment wasn't a moan it was a realistic assumption that they must have some gold and if they do have it surely the investors should be made aware.

A previous RNS said they were looking into jewelry that could be made from the gold. My question again is what gold!

Another crap update.Telling us the same old story . Wouldn't it be nice to actually be told how much gold is being produced. If there isn't a lot fair enough but to dangle a carrot constantly without mentioning the gold is taking the mick.

Its has been diluted yet again. Are we on the same share here?? Diluted by 20% to the market at the time . I suppose you think this is a good deal the way you carry on.

Debt maybe the wrong word but most will understand. Capital raises. Transfer of shares for cash at diluted worthless rates .

Alba has been diluted yet again. At a discount as usual. And we still have peeps posting positives/ramping to pull the not so savvy investors in "financing conditions ease for Alba".

Gold price is historically high, minerals are sought after but this firms value drops by the month.

Its pure maths i would say. Debt,more debt and very little income wont keep this shower going.

A reorganization of shares most probably will be on the table and most could loose all their money being left with pennies.

Once it has been reorganized for a while it could be worth something and potentially be a good investment but inevitably they will still need to raise cash and then possibly dilute again and again. This is only my opinion but ive seen it many times!!!

Ricardo you one of many thats been duped into this rubbish share. Im sat at a 94% loss here and bought in at .30p. My 10k is worth around £500 on a good day!!

If i remember right this went up to the .50's before George went on his ludicrous dilution campaign buying assets ,stripping Alba investors with no regard at all. All they needed was to keep tight and get some gold production going. Years of work and a few coins inst great.

When i bought in i honestly thought the mine had potential. I knew the risks and have invested into aim for long enough to realize i could loose all my money. I think its a forgone conclusion that i will now.

For the Rampers that keep on going have some regard for the small investors. This company is very weak and im sure the only way is down.

Jsp. Your question is easy to answer.So they raise 800k . I would say a small percentage of this will make its way back into the gold mine. Have you not seen the previous raises. The mine could be ten times bigger and have ten times more output if they kept the money they raised previously for improvements.

This seems like is just a hobby for them to raise cash for other larger projects that will take years to monetize.

JSP. The placings arent the real problem. Its the way George does them. You are wrong saying all firms need them as they dont. Good firms build a base slowly and reinvest profits not constantly funding at hugely dilluted rates .To go out to market at such a discount isn't good. Its shows he is desperate to get money at any means.

I will give you an example. If they had gold coming out of the hills in decent amounts the share price would be higher and on the back of that the funding policy would be at good rates rates and higher amounts. if this had been done this company would be worth more, be a better investment and would have a future enabling them to invest in other projects without weakening the company as much as it has.

Alba have too many projects on the go which all need funding. The 800k will go nowhere in my opinion as alot of this will go to Groc.

Groc is a great investment but again as time goes on Albas share of this dwindles. I personally think Groc was the straw that broke the camels back but we will see.

So what can be good about a 20% discounted placement. Why would you think this is good! It just shows how desperate Alba are. Before you shout im sitting on a huge loss and hope this goes up.

The constant dilution is not good. This will not attract the big buyers and i would say its only a matter of time before the shares are consolidated inevitably meaning all the small pis in here will never get their money back.

What a shocking mess ALBA is in. All hope and no substance.

The only thing that could help is George backing this up with a decent size purchase out of his own money but i cant see him doing that!! Why would he to lose it.
