Crikey! Sentiment has changed a bit here hasn't it!

I'm going to stay positive until something crap happens. We have everything to play for here, good news could be just around the corner.

I'm not sure it'll affect it too much, although I agree that sentiment is king on AIM and this move was shortsighted, maybe he had a tax bill?!?

I do think we saw a lot of trader action on the release of good news recently, which in hindsight, many LTH should have taken advantage of, maybe next time! There is, I hope, more good news to come and we'll see it move North once again.

It is disappointing to see, seems like a very amateur thing to do at this point in time, to sell such a small amount when this is on the cusp of a complete re-rate and it has much more attention on it now. "Oh, I've got a bright idea, this'll look good in the news feed, why don't I sell a few shares!"

Oh well, hopefully a minor blip, although I'm not enjoying the share price today. GLA

You've not read it right VII, he's sold 210k, but holds over 16m still. I just don't think they bothered updating the amounts on the RNS, look at the director deals tab.

It's peanuts, look how many shares he has in the director deals tab. It just seems an odd thing to do for such a relatively small amount of money, but I guess directors need to pay personal bills too.

Aye, it's peanuts, and let's be honest it's never great optics for a director to offload. Even if it does amount to pocket change when you're holding such a large position in the company, why bother? Long weekend in Tuscany perhaps?

Hopefully, but honestly, we're gonna have to see some figures coming through to meaningful re-rate this. Like you I think they're coming very soon, looks like they're on a mission to turn this ship around. Kept some powder dry to top up when that news lands.

There's been some big buys today, good to see the confidence here and the sp creeping up since the RNS on the 22nd.

That's an interesting idea New. Just been researching that kind of deal and there's a good possibility that you might be right. Europe has been using this more as of late, to secure vital resources, so perhaps we'll see that here. I guess we'll all find out eventually 🤣 GLA.

I would love to hear other people's take on this. It is AIM, and this place does have a habit of chewing up and spitting out LTHs. I think given the new prestige of being named as a critical project and already having some significant stakeholders on board as well as the DGWA apparently, would a huge placing diluting everyone to hell make this look like a stable investment to people who haven't come on board yet?

I don't think that TW will want to tank the SP all of a sudden, they've just had the door opened to more favourable lending options, so imo CLN shares will be trickled in, which will make it feel like there is a strong head wind against existing shareholders and it'll keep the sp from rising too explosively. My advice would be to cut some profit when and where you can, keep your powder dry and if you believe the project can make it and there is significant news coming out more regularly now, buy any dilution dips. DYOR.

That's odd, as all I can hear is the sound of jigsaw puzzle pieces falling in to place. Weird eh?

There will most likely be a placing, but as I said to someone earlier, this is both to be expected and secondly it'll bring some respected institutional money, prestige and credibility to the party. If/when this gets over the line, everyone who holds a position in TW will be handsomely rewarded in the long run, imho.

Of course that's likely, but it's likely to be a much smaller placing now they have access to easier and more beneficial funding routes via the EU. I also have no doubt that TW will feature in the UK government's critical minerals strategy so who knows what that will give them access to. Really not an issue for investors here, another chance to top up and it'll give this project the rockets it needs, especially if the placing welcomes in some big money institutions.

Great little RNS and great to see the management sharing this kind of positive news flow. It's not gonna be very long till we start getting big numbers from them!

I nderstand the caution here, but TW have prepared a completely different plan for moving forward to production, far more streamlined and energy efficient than Wolf's. Also they have a tail wind from the EU and the West now, good old DJT has opened his mouth and shown the West that they cannot rely on Chinese critical mineral trade, even if they reverse that policy, trust has been lost. We're also ramping up to war footing, and that requires critical minerals like tungsten. We have to produce our own and soon! The sentiment here has become much, much more positive since Wolf's ventures at Hermedon. Yes they still have to secure financing but given that they've just been named as one of the projects to receive EU critical mineral backing, that should be much easier now. This project is suddenly in the spotlight and a lot of important and influential people want to see this done.

I 99% agree with your very sensible take. The other 1% is just happy to be early to a party everyone suddenly wants to be at! So for now I'm going to enjoy seeing those percentage up figures move northwards. 🤣

I wish I'd had the conviction to buy at sub 2p, but I'd been burnt from buying in at 72p in 2021 and was tired of averaging down. I'm fairly confident that this won't see my average buy in again though.

I think a bit of classic AIM, it'll start well in the morning and zip up, maybe push towards 9p before traders cut a bit of profit and it rows back down to roughly 8p. I think we may see this a lot as the RNS come out. So happy to have a modest core investment in here. Will probably add on positive news and dips.
