Looking at some positives,
-Ireland mine sale came through
- Halfords 12 mont battery recycling contract
- MOD contract libox
- Glencore 12 month black mass contract
Other previous contacts too
There is feed stock, gate fees too, revenue from black mass sales, revenue from libox, revenue from mine sales. Ability for recyclus to pay back TM1 and in turn TM1 is able to pay off Atlas. Looking like it could be a good year ahead.
What I would like to know after today's interview, Robin kept saying "strategic partner" Glencore is also in the mining game and may be looking to buy some more mines from TM1, just a thought.
There are of course some drawbacks, there is a license to process 22000 tons of batteries, to do this would need 3 shifts running (essentially 24/7) but currently only doing one shift (we haven't been told about another shift yet) so around 8000 tons a year, if there is enough feedstock coming in. At a recovery rate of around 45% to black mass potentially 3600 tons of BM to sell. Good revenue but along way off what people have been saying in previous posts (always remember the recovery rate from the feedstock weight). Revenue from black mass would likely be around 10-14 million off one shift market/price dependant.
What would really get the stock going in my opinion is news of a car brand or confirmation of electric vehicle batteries being recycled, apart from the 4000 EV units recycled as a one off, all other battery recycling has been for smaller ones such as e-scooters and mobility scooters.
Also more news of the TM1 assets, sales and or progress with drilling and potential other mining partners.(glencore?)
The debt of the company doesn't worry me, it was over 4 million previous year, past year just over 2 million, in this current year there has been alot of progress in recyclus operations and sale of the Ireland mine, ultimately as a chart goes 4mil to 2mil and then profit, trajectory is heading in the right direction.
If the companies can prove there is no feedstock shortages and start shifting some more mines nor letting them be totally stagnant it will reflect a good share price.
