I feel your pain. My avg is 6 7p @100,000 shares and I was living in cuckoo land thinking I'd double my investment. Infact, I stupidly declined a 4k profit way back. Oh how stupid of me. Always take the profit I was told. But greedy bugger I thought otherwise. Due diligence!!! Is required when investing. Fingers well and truly burnt!!

Cellular Goods, IPO raised £13million on the London Stock Exchange. Most likely a very high % of that came from the UK. One could argue for a brand to reach international recognition should get their UK base of sales in order first? Build client satisfaction!

Repeat sales!!!

Make profit!!!

I know I keep going on yaaaawn! But take a look at both websites.

Remember not to long ago the proposed RTO Cellular-Goods acquisition that was scrapped with Cannary? I'm guessing Cannary realised they were getting the thin edge of the wedge.

Anyway, if you look at their website it's full of facts. Mission statements, history, photographs of the people involved, wellness, ethical and scientific case studies. There's warmth and humour with the branding and layout. Oh and Ms. Winkleman as the poster ambassador who is certainly more relevant to UK markets. She is on mainstream almost daily. She actually promotes, expounds with her vocal chords!..Yay! about the Cannary products on Instagram. Then you switch over to Cellular Goods and we see a mannequin poster of Ms. Helena Christensen. What's her statement? Have you heard anything from her dulect tones? Nah! Me neither. Don't think she's uttered a word in her entire career. Apart from "Show me the moolah" Cellular! and I'll slap it on for the photo shoot! Everything about the Cellular Goods website is bland, clinical, uninspiring. Oh and the history the dream, ethos behind it??Alexis Abrahams (I'm calling you out) You had alot to say on the proactive investors video when IPO was announced) Has it been biosynthetically designed with Ai algorithms? Because it looks like no one really cared for this. Just an after thought, get the webpage out there and they shall purchase in droves. But it hasn't sadly. Because I don't think the people running this company really quite get it. Disgruntled investor that I am.

Just read this. Yes! It's from 3 weeks ago... Proactive link attached. How on earth over £4 million net cash is squandered. The BOD have been gleaning far to much methinks. Yes! Start ups cost alot. But really? £31k of stock sold. Now all of a sudden Kingtide are the saviour's. Its a complete and utter Balls Up! There is no vocal narrative on the CG website, IG, Twitter. No one person actually communicating what they stand for. Just wishy washy music and graphics, on Instagram + CG website. models with globuels of white cream smudged on. Its Laziness! I don't think the company really gives two hoots about the retail investors.

Hey Dodge, thanks for the link. A well thought out letter to CG and the BOD about investors like us having serious concerns about the CG direction and the paper acquisition of King tide. I think its a bit of a smoke screen tbh. A few academic pals perhaps just setting up a consultancy. I used to work for University College London in research services and the amount of start ups and general consultancy for discretionary accounts were numerous for Profs, Lecturers and reseacher phd's. All very legal and a way to earn extra for their research. So for my tuppence worth King Tide is a hedge bet from the CG BOD for the knowledge of carbon capture. This is a long way off any real returns years perhaps. The fundamentals are Cellular Goods have to sell the products. But I fear the cannaboid skincare market isn't a must have?. Especially at the high end price point for the masses.

Oh and they got the arguably the dullest of the so called Super Models from the 1990's Helena Christensen to promote the product. Ol' (party girl) Kate Moss would've been a perfect fit. Agree with your comments on the CBX Cellular website it's quite uninspiring. The white and black packaging plus branding is way to clinical. Lacks any real premium quality.

Isn't king tide a consultancy based company? Just a few research academics which tend to set up companies willy nilly. Knowledge And and peer to peer paper reviews...Oh well I guess Darcey the Interim CEO had to re-pivot after the debacle Reverse take over of Cannary. Its all about the product! Its waaaay ro niche. And over priced for the masses. So quite a few people on here getting carried away methinks. And before anyone says we'll what's your stance! Ol big mouth. Well I'm a disgruntled investor in CG from the outset. I'll hold my hands up and say I should have done better due diligence. To think it's taken 2 years to get it on the Sephora platform website. When let's face it CG they tried with amazon. I mean we all go to amazon for cheap deals right? Hardly the sort of platform to sell £90 of face serum right? But there you go two years down the line of failed sales £30k and only now they find a high end platform. Oh and before anyone says Debenham...Oh come on!!! I'm a bag holder and a bitter one at that. Yes my knickers are in a twist like my bank balance..lol!

That just about sums up the numpty responses on here. It's about what CG CBX should have been doing from the outset. Instead of squandering untold millions on salaries to BOD and not having a clear strategical path to sell the products!!!

Like all of the hundreds of comments in the past few days (really??) I checked my trad212 acct to see the jump to 1.8p so was surprised to say the least. Anyway, this company CBX CG have made so many errors of judgement since IPO. Marketing, strategy etc...Endless BOD comings and goings. So what am I trying to say? Fxxk! Knows! I'm holding obviously but they need a huge amount of sales. £31k of units sold in six months before the Sephoria news. Also, ha e you checked the CG Instagram page ? 3200 followers...? Oh my that isn't a lot is it? in this digital age spread the word on platforms. Even my grandmother has more followers.
