It shows the challenge of getting the real story out to the wider marketplace. You can only hope that articles like this stimulate private investors to undertake their own research.
IIs are investing, they've seen the elephants approaching.

Just read this on yahoo finance. I wondered if the writer had even visited the Jubs website to understand the business.
Hi Dorf, yes significant change. Great support coming from SA. Do you know how the SA investor group is structured? Is it private investor nominee group? Are you sat within that group or outside of it ?
With the positives of the Roan copper rns & ic paper (added to jubs website broker notes) have these settled your friends nerves mentioned a week or so ago ?

Hi AS, it might be meant that Jubilees value had become disproportionately high within the portfolio. The rebalance brings the value of the shares within the portfolio back to an appropriate level ( ie 2.34%). The nano fund is 243m with approx 144 holdings.
@Shorn, contractor was the wrong word! Having the ability to partner or purchase tailings from all miners and governments whilst assiting the achieving ESG targets for all parties. I agree any arrangements should be about enhancing Jubs growth.
I am not sure that one of the big miners would be interested in buying JLP for future copper production. Glencore produced just under 1,400 kt in 2019 and bhp 1,700kt in 2020. Their step changes will not be in 12& 25kt additions.
It seems more realistic that deals might be done for a non-core mining activity like clearing the mining waste (tailings) using a growing specialist contractor like Jlp.

Bodes well for Roan and the Elephants.
I agree with Jonah & Gotreal on the sp.
Not sure we will get a general operational update as the 6m results on 25 Mar also gave post period under review comments.
I believe news will come in specific RNS's ie project Roan statement. With the rain / transport delay I would guess this will be issued at the end of the month.
Hi Sumo, from 6mth update in Jan:
As previously stated we have set ourselves a target to achieve the production of 25 000 tonnes of copper per annum within the next 4 years after securing nearly 300 million tonnes of copper and cobalt tailings. Our Project Roan is the first of three copper concentrators that we target to implement to achieve this goal. Jubilee is perfectly poised to play a commanding role in the processing of copper as we also look to further implement our strategy more widely."
Cobalt production started last May, but believe that this is currently not at a level to be regarded as a revenue stream.
