My instant take on it is from the last couple of interviews Tim has done he was extremely excitable, This interview he is very much in control and commanding, extra extraordinarily agree with him Where deadlines had been set, doesn’t put you in a great negotiation standing…. now he’s got that taken away IMM in control of which deals that they do and when….

And there is a little part of me that says this may have called the main party interested or the largest called their bluff … on a major obstacle within the negotiations.

Based on my previous experiences there could be possibly news before Christmas because the very interested party know there are companies others lurking around in the background… And they may just want to see the deal quickly in my humble opinion

Just on a smaller scale been involved in take overs over the years in knowing to have signed a disclosure agreement an awful amount of work has gone into getting to this stage of the process …. It’s the last 30- 40% of the due diligenceto get under the bonnet of the product.

Companies do not get to this stage to pull out …. They get to this stage to complete their objective! ….. ( unless the facts previously totally false in the data room)

Losing 32% today is nothing …. Being out of pain is everything in life, health first …. I will be able to walk again in 3-4 weeks time..

Today you might be 32% down….. however the extra month or 2 will be worth it in profit margin when best deal is logical chosen….

That’s not middle or end of 2026 …..

Think we are in bargain territory 2-6p ….. I will be adding more ….. it’s not if a deal it’s just which is the best one ?

Quite happy to hold here I know how long these things can take. Been there in the thick of the action before deals like this. I’m not straightforward as always stuff coming from the side to deal with. Never seen one exchange on time.

One week after hip surgery….. been a few painful moments along the way…

So I can see both sides here and we’re almost on the journey myself in another dimension… on one side yes it seems painful especially as Tim said he would deliver in 2025 but on the other side we all know things take time and things come in from the side especially if there are numerous companies involved with due diligence and technical questions to be answered and verified…

These things always take longer than you think you’ve only got a think of any individual project you do at home and minor is currently a new hip. If there’s one thing I know I will be in a better position at the end of this….. and this year will be in a totally new dynamic of Price at the end…

I’m afraid it’s hereditary in my family My grandmother had two new hips my father who is still with us 90 ! He’s got two new hips, I had one done two years ago and I’m having the other one done shortly and I’m only 59…. But the good news is I am retired. !!!😎…. Apparently I’ve got one leg shorter than the other at the moment and hopefully the consultant will sort that out …
