Six weeks to go until Q3 begins, clock is ticking to get this rig program nailed on
Alice, who the f*** is Alice?
Aligator, good luck in cashing in on the short you've placed on He1.
Agreed and by 8th May remarks like drill contract is still under negotiation from Lorna won't cut it. The rig contract needs to be signed sealed and delivered if we are to make timelines for 2023 drilling.
So fact He1 are signed up for this event in early May is a good sign IMO
Next you'll be asking why are pirates called pirates?
Simple.
Cause they ARRRRRRR!
If this does play out then think we could get to 8p and well beyond when NHE farm outcomes are released.
Personally, I'm expecting more news following rapidly from NHE farm out. I believe the rig contract is ready to roll, only thing in critical path to sign and RNS its contracting is the whether or not NHE are locked in to share or not.
So following NHE farm out news (whichever way it rolls) I'm expecting He1 rig contracting to be RNS'ed in quick succession.
Yeap 6p gone...
...and time to buy 7p He1 stock is time limited.
Aligator and Gogsthelogs,
Think your views are pretty representative of most investors and would be investors looking at He1. Frustrated by lack of drilling over last couple of years and uncertain of this years timetable. This view IMO is why the share price is where it is at, in essence lack of progress is priced in already.
Hence if (a big if) the 2023 drilling goes ahead we can expect a very healthy rise in SP, whereas if not the lack of progress is already priced in. So IMO from where we are today, more upside than downside here.
Website down whilst they refresh their news pages with the rig announcement?
Maybe just wait on the RNS to affirm first before they bring it back online ;-)
Can we ask Lorna to have a live stream video of Tai's spud?
Get the popcorn out as we see the drill shaft spinning towards terminal depth ;-)
I don't think the markets priced in the rig signing RNS at all. Too much investor confidence damaged by MOU rig RNS last year leaving money on side lines until its is 100% confirmed as going to spud this year.
Hi Kevin,
Not a chance you'll be able to buy sub 7p when rig sign off RNS lands.
So what if institutional investors are jumping onboard. All we need worry about is the EBITDA and cash flow profit. Can sit back and see that giving further business growth and ultimately dividends. When the BMN board gives dividend at current SP then whether PIs or IIs hold stock is immaterial.
Maybe if we got a EU domiciled company (e.g. Linde) acquiring an offtake agreement for their forward helium supply from us. Could that enable He1 to benefit from this EU investment....?
Interesting suggestion from Legalwolf that the new ISA season might lift the SP.
Based on our current MCAP of £47m, an arbitrary 1% rise in share price would need £0.47m of new ISA based investment money flowing into He1. With a personal allowance capped at £20k, a £0.47m load of new investment via ISAs implies we get at least 23 private individuals maxing out their ISA allowance into He1.
Or a 10% rise would need 230 folk doing likewise. Any view on whether this is likely or not?
I agree time has come for a CEO transition. DM for too long has failed to nail the rig provision. Here's hoping a new CEO can shake this up. Maybe the best way forward is to getting the key rig provision is to have the CEO better engaged and delegating this specific function to the engineering experience in the firm.
I'd like to see our Michael Williams getting better utilised by our CEO in this regard. Certainly make this team activity more visible to us shareholders that the rig project is under solid management.
I don't understand the concern myself. A raise was the only way to take this forward. It should be embraced, a good sign that things are progressing and the money raised to effect the discovery at Tai. 6 months from now we'll look back and think why all the unnecessary stress?
Was he singing Money, Money, Money in a very squeaky voice (think Beaker from the muppets)?
how long is a piece of string?
