Sentinel,
If they have £700K plus, and are looking for £40k PA, is property not an easier choice?
I think they like the idea of paying someone to deal with there finances and receive a stress-free sum. Obviously with housing you have the repairs , insurances and actually getting people in the places that involves to much hassle for people who are over 60.
Parsley is right tho people do get wrapped up in paying advisors, but i made a comment to one person other week about receiving dividends and showing them some stocks they could double there pot with next year or 2 that were less risky . There exact comments were " i cant be bothered messing around" lol they will just pocket 2k-2.5k every month and go on holiday lol
Also, do people really invest with money that they need to feed themselves and pay bills..? That's a very risky strategy and the risk is all on the investor.
Yes slift , i have work friends who are due retirement or have retired that are withdrawing there pension pots and investing in stocks themselves for divs and possible profits in the coming years. But that would be about 20% of them thinking they can do it themselves with there 700k-900k pots, the other 80% just hand it over to a financial advisor and they are been quoted £40,000 per year until 90yr old with 700k pot. )
minimum 2 years.
oil is safe for the next 5-10years , the transport industry are looking into alternative options. will take years to eventually be fully green. Asia will probably take 150 years as they will see more oil available for just them haha
welcome micheal member of 2017 but only just found LSE. we welcome you ))
Thanks slift , this article gives me my answer as to what to do with this stock. I was going to hopefully sell at the idea of 30-40p this yeah but ill hold out till next next year and hopefully see greater rewards . Its all about patients )))
Because theres many banks that could make you double profits, that have large amounts of assests, big market caps and still rake in hefty amounts of cash. Its the smaller less known banks that have afew issues.
Supply and demand
Well played. i respect all sides of investing even tho some deside to insult others .
If it makes you money then your doing well, you got some big balls tho considering that 500m is guna land at some point but then again i listen to much to half the mystic megs on here instead of waiting for solid facts like people should do haha
he said damp squid lol squidgy stinky stuff haha
if hurricane is going to survive like use think then before i invest i need some answers from you whizz kids.
How will they repay the bond and upgrade production with little free cash , lowered production output and little assets to free up cash.
My personal view is they need a investors help or they sell the company.
or.....
to cut all loses they sell everything , pay back money owed and go join another company )
people see 2.5p SP and a 46p past year SP .
Thats it , thats peoples investment research.
How much cash they got?
How much debt they got?
What problems they got?
What assets?
How much they making?
Who cares it was 46p last year , ill be rich next year haha
This stock has a big fat 90% risk to it. Its the ultimate gamble .
i would highly advise not following pmo haha. i sense alot of people will be screwed over there.
trading view say 45m net income, 59m cash flow , 250m debt and 650m assests.
im no expert but if them figures are right then its not bad.
probably next year knowing our luck .. haha
Most big companies have alot of debt. Does that mean dont invest in them? when i calculate debt i look at if they had to pay it back the very next day would they survive and be able to carry on work. Tullow oil assets and cash is borderline with its debt so that says to me if they had to repay back tmw they would crumble. So theres certainly a high risk factor in here a 50/50 bet . But ive always loved a gamble ))))
Slift i really like reading your posts , alot of in-depth details. Reading your comments puts a 30% increase on my confidence that my shares will do well haha. Thanks for been here )))
i hope some of use are not offended by my comment haha i was merely curious as to what people are expecting from this SP, as in what is your target pricing. Just gives me a little insight into what you hardcore traders are aimining for ))
i need this at least 32 to achieve double my money. Still unclear if i cash in at 32 or just sit back for years in hope it reaches over 100 haha what are people expecting this SP to achieve in the next 12 months?
