Blencowe Resources: Aspiring to become one of the largest graphite producers in the world. Watch the video here.
good morning, nettles, *****cat, whatever you like to be called.
i have to say i am of the same thought, troubled by investing in the share on one hand, we have the most economical engines in the world and the other we pollute the skies, without companies like rolls-royce, where would we be?, we have to invest in a future or there’s parallel future without travel, and the pollution it brings, i thought long and hard about this, no matter what we do human beings if we live off the land we create co2 burning fossil fuels timber etc,
looking at the palestinian situation witnessing starving children i wonder where our humanity has gone.
big leap understand no doubt people will complain, but we seem to make money in somewhere someone suffers. i just hope openheimer becomes more relevant for us as nuclear power so we stop burning so much fossil fuel, perhaps well fly in electric aircraft or hydrogen created from the electricity created from nuclear power.
Alan Woods, Rolls-Royce SMR’s Director of Strategy and Business Development, said: “We are delighted the Polish Government has concluded that the deployment of our unique ‘factory-built’ nuclear power plants would have a positive impact for the country, and we look forward to a Decision in Principle to deploy Rolls-Royce SMRs in Poland.”
Rolls-Royce SMR is currently on track to complete Step 2 of Generic Design Assessment by the UK nuclear industry’s independent regulators this summer, confirming Rolls-Royce SMR's substantial lead over any competitor in Europe.
Mass production? How many’s subs? One reactor per vessel? Can’t see that being a mass premise for a mass production? What am I missing?, I’m heavily invested so happy to hear your thoughts?.
Bought over 1 million of these when they were penny,
Went up to 12 p or could’ve been as much 15p.
Was gifted some sports cis shares, sold them for peanuts, sucked dry badly managed by you know who!!. Worth peanuts.
lost my shirt here!!, still hold £10k
My gut health tells me the only winner is Mr Ford.
A lot like RRR director self self self.
It’s still a punt though - getting older realised health is more important than wealth, it’s easier to state when you’ve no financial worries, also realise nhs cardiologists don’t prescribe ff for a reason.
Good luck…
iran have very little in their ****nal, they had a spread bet, appeasing the government extremists , usa demonstrating how effective their air defence systems are, iran indicate no more from us, isreal happy usa are ironclad.
it’s over where’s the bloodbath?.
Hello, I understand how you feel about your loss or potential loss potential loss of profit. The regret of that is quite severe. I must admit I was down over £63,000. At one stage here having been up £45, so I was down over £100,000 I held because I really had faith that the economy in the world economy will pick up Rolls-Royce we’re heading in a good direction could have been wrong,
Turbo could’ve alienated the entire staff, massive strike and the whole thing could’ve gone tits up. Could still go tits up tomorrow. If something happens with one of the engines etc, I don’t think that’s going to happen, but this could’ve gone down the pan.
There’s a certain amount of luck in life, and all the people of nerves of steel have ridden their luck.
If you can afford it, and you can afford a potential loss get back in. If not switch your phone off, switch the Internet off and enjoy your life.
Yesterdays gone yesterdays gone.
Hello Paul
I’ve read some of your posts it appears to me you’ve set out a good argument for win loose scenarios,
Without crystal ball gazing how do you expect this to unravel? End? Please?.
The bonds are perhaps more vulnerable to the likely financial restructure than equity in my opinion. A raise at this level will not raise enough to justify the dilution.’
Capital hierarchy always wins. If bonds suffer then equity suffers even more. The bonds are senior and pari passu with the RCF’s. They will only accept a hair cut if equity cough up a load of cash, thereby making their bonds much more secure. Otherwise they will demand a D4E. Find me an example where equity has done better than senior debt? There isn’t one.

‘Conversely, why if PFCs finances are so parlous would any customer place work with them - they would fail even the most basic financial due diligence tests’
Because PFC isn’t going bust. It’s a valuable business and PCF should be able to easily refinance. Worst case would be a last resort D4E.
Please look at DGI9, it’s a salutary example of cash is King, regardless of value. If you become ‘distressed’ then new money wants a bargain. This is DGI’’s problem.
Of course I mean rise due to speculation… typo
I’ve managed to sell low buy high each time I’ve sold them to buy back!!
Apart from selecting rr, two years back I’ve not been that successful, although wise and Tessla worked to a degree.
Hello,
Reading some of your posts, I’m on the same page as you although I’m up a lot, I could have been up a lot more if I didn’t trade!! Each time I lost a little more!!.
But up multiple 6 figures so holding- where do you see this on 2/5 years? Just interested to hear your thoughts,
