Now I would categorize it as a strong gamble.

Looks like Ghanaian Govt is holding out for second stage processing and can wait for longer than we can remain solvent

unless our globetrotting executives can arrange a deal that mitigates prosperity for Ghana and a bit left for us.

I would like to think our team has pre-empted this value addition scenario that is going to be pushed for by govt and have been working behind scenes to get at least a promise of this built in to ratification deal.

The feldspar resource increase will help us slightly in the forthcoming haggling .

Surely the govt must realize that any more worldwide bad press is certainly not needed now.

It does raise concerns about getting a workforce for the company that won't kill each other and can turn up for work every day required. I hope these bozos in parliament are not the norm in Ghanaian society but just a bunch of people used to getting their own way. The group photos of the team Atlantic have employed so far look ok but these govt comedians can look ok in a group photo as well. I hope Atlantic are very selective ......

I like the use of the word expedite Teddy. I would imagine it's not used very often in Ghanaian govt circles 😂

I read it as positive that they are not binning us but as expected things will be tweaked a bit .

If you scroll down the opening page on this one you posted to related topics you will see another article dated 21/01/2025 by the same author which gives us an idea what they have in store for us....

I think the minute this new govt hints as to what they are going to do re ratification and pounds of flesh we will see an overreaction in share price to the upside or downside.

Obvious statement i guess but personally i have set a low buy order for my last top up if they demand more .

Either way in my opinion Assore will buy us out and it will be at a decent price if and only if ratification is granted at present terms or close to that. They are a private company with vast experience of African mining and will know the things they have to do in these type of environments to survive and prosper. We can do nothing now but hold our nerve and hope for the best. Just my opinion for what it's worth :-)
