@boyporche the moaners now have a valid position . There are some grim trolls on here for sure but the sentiment in general has turned. And companies like ours survive on sentiment . The reason for the discomfort is the communication from the board. We had the first signature of the MSC agreement 18/19 months ago. The SP went to 8p. Why didn’t LTH cash in a nice chunk ? Because the board released an RNS stating the rest would follow in Q1 25. Therefore it was reasonable to assume a higher rating upon this promise . We know that this was actually delusional . The new CEO compounded this delusion in his first AGM and here we are 8 month later after his 8 weeks aspiration is revealed to be what it actually is . Another delusion. Had they said what the truth was which is “ we have absolutely no idea when the signatures will be . We’d like them soon but it could be a year and more away” then people would have made decisions to sell on a decent rise like the 8p. The moaners are no longer moaners. They are just pointing out reality.

Peter should be ashamed of what he said at the last AGM about 8 weeks given the history of delays before he came onboard. He has massively contributed to the over valuation of the sentiment. He should have been conservative and told us to strap in for the long haul . But he didn’t . He dangled a carrot.

I think we all knew that Valkor hadn’t been paid in our heart of hearts. I don’t know about you but if the MSc signatures come I’m jumping ship once I judge the share price to have peaked in the wake. Imagine the frustration waiting for adoption of just getting the trials has been this difficult.i wish id cashed out about 30% when it hit 8p about 18 months ago . I think everyone here wishes they’d done that.

The only good news that means anything is the rest of the MSc Cargill signatures. 300% will be easy I be the days following. Look. What happened after the first signature .

@AKHM i think the word “negative” has no validity at this point in the mentioning of missed targets and “must win battles” that haven’t been win within time limits suggested by the CEO himself. It’s cold hard realism .

Indeed but isn’t our agreement a set up for a much bigger operation and rollout ? God I hope so .

Ah well there was no “target” really. Just Peter saying he would like agreements by end of January “if I can”. And as we know all too well … he couldn’t . Yet…..we hope .

Was there a specific target stated for Q2 ?

@sn88 i wonder how long he currently thinks the path to convincing them will take ? Last November it was 8 weeks and we all know how that went .

@Old_Toby its not about immediate signed contracts (although that would be amazing )but the continued relationships cemented and strengthened. They need to be there and be seen and be heard. If you’re not in the room ….

I know from my own career that events like these are actually important in people who rarely meet in person all coming together . Things happen that aren’t immediately tangible to you and me . It would be weird if Quadrise didn’t attend : that would be VERY worrying . And please , enough about buffets. If you’ve ever been to these things the food is always awful especially if it’s a buffet. They might as well be in Milton Keynes as in Athens . It’s hotel , car , the conference room of another hotel all day. Maybe a dinner or event in the evening. Those of you complaining about buffets ? Have you never travelled for work ? We have much bigger concerns than flight and hotel costs for these conferences.

I disagree. These events where the industry come together are actually important . The absence of out signatures is now officially worrying for me but it doesn’t mean that the normal day to day shouldn’t go ahead . To not go to these events would be even more worrying in my mind.

Positive had been eroded by the march of time . Now I’m actually worried .

quite frankly it’s turning into a ****show. every day without the signatures is a slap in the face . i hope peter can win the must win battle but as time goes on , i think he probably can’t. a fund raise without signatures should trigger a revolt of some kind. that will be a demoralising moment of failure imho. prove my gut feeling wrong peter . i would love to be wrong on this .

Surely there are never any non RNS “updates” outside the AGM and the interims etc ?

@BarkingCrazy to be fair that was in reply to a specific question about when the next public meeting would be . Not sure why I asked that as I already knew the answer so the AGM in November comment shouldn’t be powered over too much . It was a badly worded question from me .

Received this reply from IR today . Safe to say the Valkor money probably hasn’t been paid?

“Logistical issues arising from the Iran war and straits closure are currently top of customer priority lists, and this has impacted decision timelines.

However, interest remains strong and we remain in active engagement with counterparties, we remain hopeful that we can announce signatures in the near future.

With regard to Valkor, as you would expect we cannot provide selective disclosure via email, and will update the market on this project in due course.

Our next AGM is expected to be in late November.”

Imagine if peter didn’t stand up and talk about delivering contracts in the space of weeks over six months ago . All anyone wants is what these people promised to deliver .

We need a meeting with the board urgently . Anyone up for waiting until October ?

The war started 3 months ago . It’s been 16/17 months since the first signatures of the tripartite ? So the war excuse is pathetic. Our partners simply aren’t that motivated or interested. It’s a sideline for them. A minor issue that probably should get done but no one’s in a hurry. That’s the all too obvious truth.
