@manifesto you said "We ALL know the facts thanks". Now you're challenging why I questioned "Do we?" So you speak for everyone on this board and have a recognition of their entire knowledge base do you? Wow, ok, impressive. Some people may not have looked at the significant shareholders in HEMO or for that matter even care, but they may have found the knowledge of 50% not being held publicly interesting.
Think it's best we just don't engage in discussion with each other if this is how you respond to friendly discussion (initially it was yes, now I'm just getting annoyed) around a point you raised.
@JHFH exactly and the free float will change relative to the shift in sp - drop and it will likely be more tightly held by PIs want to not sell at a loss (less free float) and rise then people will start thinking about selling or top-slicing (more free float).
So as @swimming said, a pointless conversation really - I clearly shouldn't have joined in lol
@st not surprised she struggles, looks like a bit of a tank :-P https://theculturetrip.com/africa/senegal/articles/dakars-car-rapides-a-symbol-of-the-senegalese-capital/
@manifesto Do we? Oh Ok. Let's just all speculate then instead.
Not sure why you need to be quite so antagonistic, I was simply replying to your question of "Would love to know what the free float here is" with my opinion - I have no idea what you do or do not know - but don't worry, I won't waste my time responding to your queries in future
@manifesto it wasn't contradictory regarding free float, my reasoning differed depending on the basis of the assumption - one is fact (50%), one is speculation (25%) - and you requested some speculation so I gave you my two pence after stating the facts :-)
@CD ha thanks, that's what I figured. It's just nice to know there are some people still around and interested, and I'm sure once the appropriate news lands then there will be plenty more to discuss on here.
I appreciate the CORA pointer too.
So Zak said to look for 5.58p on end of day close basis, to then see a rerate to 6.5-7p https://www.pscp.tv/w/1YpKkNXEOQXxj
Yesterday was 5.551p and today currently stands at 5.61p. Let’s see how accurate he is with this one :-)
I had a little sitting in the pot so have just chucked it in in case he's called it well - 21068 @ 5.609p

@manifesto tbh I think you can only really work on the basis that we know that 50% are 'locked in' and requiring TR1s if sold/bought and so the rest are 50% free float.
However, if you wanted to consider how many might be tightly held then I guess it would depend upon how many, if any, of the placing shares you believe were forward sold. It didn't trigger any TR1s so it would suggest the significant shareholders didn't add (or if they did it was minimal to prevent crossing a % threshold) and therefore wouldn't be involved in forward selling. If it was all new investors below the 3% threshold (it would only have needed to have been 3) then they could've previously held, sold their full existing holding and acquired the 'new' shares without any of us being the wiser.
Given the placing didn't trigger any TR1s then you could probably assume that the 8%ish shares from the placing continue to be in sticky hands (the original shares of the forward selling investors - assumption only) and then whatever us PIs hold onto. If many of us sat tight then you're probably looking at 25% free float but obviously that's just a very rough guess
@manifesto the company website says 50% not in public hands https://hemogenyx.com/investors/shareholder-information/
@sam I appreciate the sentiment but I wouldn't thank me, I'm just putting the feelers out to help further my own research and understanding, but if that helps others too then all the better :-)
I'm waiting on one of my other plays to come good and will be top-slicing some profits into here for sure, would be great (selfishly) if we're still below placing price by then but I certainly wouldn't wish for the upward trend to stop
@magsy I just listened to the presentation again and all I heard DB state regarding the 10,000/hr was "the more you work, the longer you run, the more tests you can make"... I didn't notice him saying about 8hr shifts - did I miss it again??
It seems like it's just arbitrary maths and with "good manufacturing and scalability" just a case of what we thought, that they'll work however long it takes to fulfil the orders as quickly as possible
@everyone regarding sales DB said "we do look forward to updating you as we committed, in the very near future" I didn't hear a mention of July... If I have missed it can someone provide the relevant timestamps please
