As for barristers /lawyers/ legal eagles. I don't trust one of them, you only have to get a bill from one and you know who the crooks are.

It's years away rxdav and the legal team with ask for more and more cash from you all. with PPI at an end, they need another stream of income. They may not have asked for cash yet, but just wait , it will come with some excuse to cover admin or something. ( you'll effectively be back in Angus but with another name, another black hole )
I would be concerned about the action if it was going to impact Angus within the next two years as it affects those of us who have chosen to stay and take a chance ( which every investment is ) with Balcombe.

I am very suspicious of the part where it's stated that 90% (or close to that fugure ) are settled out of court, that is an assumption that they won. LOL perhaps 89% they lost or dropped the case. ( have you already signed a no disclosure agreement )

My sympathies gell, I never invested in Flybe but followed it during the corrupt end. I still can't understand it. It reminded me of Jaguar in the past.

That statement was written by a Balcombe council secretary, ad-lib, not an Angus statement. go by the RNS which mentions Balcombe and the brine.

I should have just left it at 10 Bod as April was lower than average. Point was, Is Lidsey paying for itself, does it cover it's costs. It isn't making a profit for sure, but is it operating at a loss?

I think Balcombe was reduced from high risk to low risk with the 7 day test result. been proved only brine left in the well from previous drilling. and plenty of oil trying to get out , like a genie in a lamp LOL and all my wishes come true.

Angus market cap at £6M equates to the value of Balcombe and £ zero for all others, Brockham, Lidsey and Saltfleetby.
Brockham, no one knows the truth about that. ( if abandonment, can be strung out for years No initial concerns for cash)
Lidsey is back up to 20 Bod from 10 Bod for the first months of the year. is it paying it's running cost ?
Saltfleetby, has potential but will likely need developement cash before next spring, either from Balcombe or dilution.

R.A I was serious about joining the action, I believe it is too early So not at this time, I hope it makes angus sit up and do some work. BUT, They are so arrogant I don't belive it will.

I think you will find that a lot of the Big cash went into the buying 25% share of Balcombe and doing the inital 7 day test.
So I'll wait and see what happens there.
I also think Angus are quite a useless bunch but that doesn't alter the fact that there is oil under Balcombe.
oil proven, Not by Angus but by the operatives doing the testing.
