You invest in a company and then proceed to relentlessly slate the company off 24/7

Can I ask how this is working out for you

It looks like the seller has disposed of all his stock. To have sold at this price I can only assume that he must have needed the money.

My guess is we will now see the SP move to a more realistic price. Even 50p would be far too cheap for this company.

I can see three reasons for the SP not re rating to this transformational news.

Firstly and most importantly, very few investors are aware of this company.

Secondly, not helped by LSE admin team not publishing the news at 7am in the morning. It was actually posted after hours. And thirdly, based on the two trades late yesterday of 18.95k and 8.75k it looks like a sell order is being worked. Probably an impatient investor that hasn’t got a clue about the real value here. I think he will be kicking himself before too long.

Anyway it’s given me an unexpected opportunity to top up. Realistically the SP should be between the 45 and 55p range.

Will be interesting to see what the next move is.

Amazing deal by CEPS BOD today, we now have loads of cash and two businesses left for free. I can see this at 75p next few months. No one doing the Maths..!!!!

I would say that the risk to reward ratio here has most definitely strengthened. Happy to be a shareholder.

We are now in a great place with Bay Capital, after years of being locked into a previous strategy under Peter Thom.

The new direction will allow the board to pursue higher growth sectors including Media, Technology and even Resources.

With about 6.5p of cash and new energy, we can look forward to serious action here in first quarter of 2026. My target price is at least 20p.

It’s funny how over the past few weeks all these new posters have arrived pretending that they have shares and bleating how much money they are losing.

Obviously these posters are part of a shorting operation as if you genuinely had an investment you wouldn’t be constantly putting off other investors.

What is clear here is that the brokers have tipped of their mates that there are one or two warrants holders selling down their holdings.

Nothing wrong with the company, they couldn’t have done more.

This will turn as soon as they have unloaded what they intend to unload

It’s so blatantly corrupt but nothing is ever done to stop it.

@ GGnoviice. I’ve just looked back at on of your previous posts and you stated that you didn’t sell you just held and was about to top up.

This leads me on to say that derampers are out in full force at the moment posting as much negativity as possible. They know that we have a warrant holder selling his shares so a great opportunity to short the share. The market maker acting for him will know exactly how many shares he has to sell and those in the know will have an open goal to make a loss of money with their shorts.

The plus side is that when the warrant holder is finally out the shorted stock will need to be bought back and we will witness a very strong rebound.

The other positive is that I believe that there is one very big historic warrant holder that has been selling all along but once he’s sold this last lot the warrant issue will no longer hold back the SP. To add to the storm we also have many investors that have sold their shares and are waiting in the wings to get back in at the lowest price possible. The big question is that when will all his shares be sold.

We do also know that he was also pre selling his shares before they were issued so perhaps not too long to wait now.

Just makes me sick how corrupt the LSE is. The majority of the small cap companies end up going bust because of the manipulation. I have every confidence that CapAI are will weather the storm because they have a great team and a great product behind them. They are smart enough to realise how the LSE works and this is why they have set up the OTC listing.

In short don’t listen to all the doom merchants with their agenda’s, just take the opportunity to pick us these shares at a bargain price. Don’t get bonged out because this will move very quickly and you might miss this ridiculously low price for the sake of a few percent.

I actually sold my 200k shares this morning at a loss of 55%. I didn’t sell because I have lost faith here it’s because I’ve transferred the money into another stock that I hold because I believe the share will move a lot faster than this one.

I’m sure that I will come back to PR1 at a later date.

Company looks very solid with strong potential.

There is only one thing holding this company back at the moment and it’s a very greedy historic warrant holder.

As soon as he’s fully out the SP will recover very quickly and Ronjon and his team will be able to fulfil their promise to all the loyal shareholders.

Absolutely nothing wrong with the tech, nothing wrong with the team. The potential here hasn’t changed, I’m sure that Crownos can once again reassure us all of this fact. It’s just a question of how much stock has this warrant holder got left to sell ?

I think that anyone who gives their shares away will be making a big mistake.

I would have thought that wcoullyahoocom , Quickwin and Alboumphoto would have been delighted to see the SP move up.

I’m sure that they must be working on this in the background otherwise why spend money and effort it setting it up
