No problem, Icemax. At least a good reminder of the risks involved with exploration. Perhaps Black Vulture being dry bodes well for us on Egyptian Vulture. What would've been the chances of two strikes in a row?!
Black vulture (well 6507/3-14 in production licence 159) has no relevance to Longboat. Egyptian Vulture (well 6507/1-9 in production licence 939) is the one we care about. The one that the article says the West Hercules drilling rig is now moving to. Correct me if I've got that wrong.
Those who are often a fast buck have certainly chosen poorly with Longboat - the board over at Kistos definitely seem to be more shrewd operators. I share much of your frustration but let's see where we are by Christmas. Hopefully our patience will be rewarded.
Correct me if I'm wrong but my understanding is that the original incentive scheme remains unchanged. This new conditional award relates to the performance of one person - Nick Ingrassia.
Chanceman, the 70% relates to last week's RNS: "Norway delivering outstanding exploration results: Norwegian success rates of almost double global rates in 2020, year-to-date in 2021 at 70%"
Shareholder approval is required at the next AGM which is end of June I think. Presume they'll carry on as normal until then. I was hoping the May 28th deadline would be impetus for them to get something over the line but it appears not.
