Dazgard, I agree the share price performance is frustrating. But the accounts aren’t an excuse. It’s been known for months When the interim results will be. All i was saying is don’t expect to see every shipment in the next results. As the interim results we will see next are only up to December 2025. The quarterly report will tell us more about how the start of this year has gone. The interim results are a formality after we changed our financial year reporting period. Going forward through this year they’ll be much simpler.

We are only doing this due to the change in our financial year reporting period.

Under UK corporate law, when a company changes its year-end, its current financial year is truncated or extended. For Kodal, this created a 9-month transitional financial year running from 1 April 2025 to 31 December 2025.

Even though we are waiting to see what happened in those final 3 months, the regulatory output must be a comprehensive, audited statement covering the full 9 months.

The change in financial year has certainly made it more confusing to track! And they probably won’t be as good as people hope. Due to it only being up to December 2025.

But likewise! Looking forward to the half year results in November and the quarterly updates!

The results we are currently waiting on will include the 6 months already reported and October, November, December 2025. The next 6 months, January through June 2026 will likely be late November. Apparently the company we should be looking at to hear first about the suay chin shares is a Singapore based company called kanglongda. Ticker symbol on yahoo finance is 603665. Apparently we will hear first from them a day or two before Kodal release the information. So might be worth keeping an eye on that companies news releases and share price action as their share price will likely rise on that news 😊

Can argue with that analysis Elc, I think that’s where our opinions may differ as for me it’s been about the lithium more than the gold. So I didn’t feel let down by the decision. But get your point 😊

The questions in my opinion that need asking is about how our relationship is with Hainan and are Kodal happy with them leaking a resource upgrade. Do they respond to Kodal within a timely manner? Or when will sauy chins share holding be finalised and sold to NDC. As it’s suppressing the share price. Or when will we hear a result from the arbitration. Nielle in my opinion isn’t as important as those

Steve knowing what he knows about it decided to take it. If anything, it keeps Nielle from being taken and mined by someone else. All of this regulation in different countries has to have a drag on the share price. Kodal uk based, Les Mines de Lithium de Bougouni, Mali based, suay chin, Singapore and Hainan Chinese. So many regulatory hoops to jump through. Whether arbitration or the sale of suay chins shareholding to the ndc, It’s that complex no wonder there’s so many questions and not a lot of easy answers

They must decide if it requires a full financial provision, a contingent liability note, or no adjustment. Kodal's auditors cannot sign off on Kodal's group accounts until KMUK’s own underlying books are fully audited and validated. Wonder who’s dragging their heels with the accounts 🤔 one obvious suspect. Would be good to hear more about how communication has been between Kodal and hainan since the arbitration started.

China in the past have used arbitration and prolonged it for as long as possible. Even after loosing during arbitration they have used domestic courts to prevent any final payout. That’s what they did to stonewall mining in South Africa. If we weren’t on the receiving end of these Chinese tactics I’d think it’s impressive!

i appreciate the research and the points made. but if this carry’s on the way it has done for the past 3 years, the likelihood of it ending when those shares are out of suspension seem slim to me. as this has been going on longer than those shares have been suspended. and who’s to say there isn’t more crappy news around the corner that keeps the share price where it is. it’s been the same for years! 1 good step forward and somehow 2 steps back on nothing. let say it takes 6 months for those shares to be unsuspended, there no end of things that could happen between now and then to keep the price down. instability in mali, higher interest rates, inflation, a fall in lithium prices, bad news from arbitration. at the moment this feels like a lose lose for retail investors.

that’s my pessimistic look anyway after another week of no share price movement. i wouldn’t take me to seriously just ****ed off with how this has turned out

In 4-5 weeks time prems market cap is higher than Kodals, we’re still sat at 0.3, moaning about how it’s possible 😂
