You seem to know a lot more than me about 'going's on and the like'................but are there not 'London Stock Exchange' rules these days that are more robust than in days gone by.............you could be right, and we are all being lead a merry dance, but i am just hoping this is just a 'transitional period'......but i understand your concerns as well as your attitude towards the Salary at this stage in the process.

There was no real fall on Wednesday. No massive sell off has been triggered. The stock is being run up slightly and run down slightly by the mm's, (out of shear boredom, and they are delighted to run the SP at this price to gather up all the shares at a 'rock-bottom'n price) The company has new management and Gov backing. Nothing is hampering progress. The re-organisation process will not happen over-night. Of course there is opposition from Government parties who are not in power (just like in any other democratic country) Nothing has changed since last Wednesday...........No massive sell off...........No massive buy in.................Just, well, nothing really..........Everything still very much on hold (as to be expected)

The markets have been in a mess lately........Investors are seeing opportunities elsewhere at present as TALV on a 'slow' re-organisation path' and will not give a quick profit return this week...............Nothing really has changed ..........Still a gamble............mm's running it down quickly for their own agenda

Just as many (or near abouts % wise) of sells V buys today.............yet the mm's walk SP down nearly 10%.......................guess is that mm's know more than us and plan to make a killing soon (late feb/early march)

Leyshon Resources Limited 31 January 2014 DECEMBER 2013 QUARTERLY REPORT Leyshon Resources Limited (AIM/ASX:LRL) ("Leyshon" or the "Company") is pleased to provide an update on its activities undertaken during the fourth quarter of 2013. Demerger The Company advised that subsequent to quarter end that the demerger of the Company's energy assets was implemented on 23 January 2014 via the in-specie distribution of 100% of the ordinary shares of Leyshon Energy Limited to eligible shareholders of the Company as at the record date of 20 January 2014. Shares in Leyshon Energy Limited commenced trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange on 23 January 2014. The distribution was a 1:1 exchange (for each share held in Leyshon Resources Limited, the shareholder received one share in Leyshon Energy Limited). The Company advises that the dispatch of share certificates occurred on 24 January 2014. The Company expects to provide an estimate of the split between the book value of the respective shareholdings for taxation purposes around March of this year. The advice will be indicative and for guidance for the purpose of allowing shareholders to allocate the cost base between LRL and LEN shareholdings. Board Changes During the quarter the Company advised that that Mr. John Fletcher resigned from the Board of directors with effect from 25 November 2013. Mr. Richard Seville, a non-executive director of the Company, has agreed to assume the position of non-executive Chairman during the Company's transition period following the departure of Mr. Fletcher. The Company is in active discussion with a potential new Managing Director. Following the appointment of a new Managing Director, Mr. Paul Atherley will remain as a Non-Executive Director until a new board member is identified. Acquisitions The Company has been active in generating and reviewing acquisition and joint venture opportunities during the quarter. Yes, it's a gamble..............hard to resist placing a few groats of loose change to be honest (like some other shares out there i can think of at present)................We all would'nt be here if we could predict every share movement i guess........
